Our condo building sits directly on the sandy beach. This unit only has a partial view of the water from one window. It has two queen beds and sleeps 4. Fully stocked kitchen and bath. Top of the Gulf does not have private balconies however, there is a large shared balcony on this floor with plenty of seating.

Stayed May 22, 2026Memorial Day weekend getaway. Truly enjoyed our stay, me, my wife, daughter & son-in-law. All just as shown. Communication was great with Randy. We would definitely stay on this unit again. Top of The Gulf is great. Thank you for your hospitality!

Stayed May 15, 2026Very convenient for our softball tournament, clean and nice! Beautiful view of beach and pool!The cons: The beds were pretty hard and small for queen beds, could use bigger comforters, hot tub was about the same temp as the pool, you have to pay 30 to Self park on site which is highly unnecessary.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024The property owner, Randy, was the best. He was so helpful and informative and the condo was lovely. It was updated and very clean and comfortable. Little touches like the wall plate by the bed having built in usb ports were nice. We stayed during a very busy time, but didn’t hear excessive noise and there was plenty of parking. Beach access was easy and there was a very nice pool area with a snack bar, much to the delight of my son. The building was older but well kept and clean and the staff we interacted with was friendly. We also could have walked to several different places (Alvin’s Island, Hersheys ice cream shop, various restaurants, etc) had we not been too lazy to do so. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit Randy’s property again!

Stayed Jul 25, 2022Mr. Randy was a pleasure to rent from! Everything was clean upon arrival. He was very informative of things. The condo was close to everything you could imagine. The power even went down for a short period and he kept me very informed on the restoring of the power. We can't wait to book another condo through Mr. Randy. It was located directly on the beach which was a plus for us. Check in was simple. The major plus was they had beach chairs and beach toys in the condo and a blow dryer 🤣 I realized half way down I left my blow dryer at home. I can't say how blessed and lucky we got to find Mr. Randy's condo. Thank you and your family for allowing us the stay! Book it now, don't wait!
