This three bedroom, three bathroom, ski in ski out condo is nestled just below the Corridor Trail which connects the Mary Jane side of Winter Park Resort back to the main base area and features all the modern amenities your group could want. Warm up in the open living room and watch the snow fall. Cook dinner and entertain in the gourmet kitchen. And rest easy in one of the three immaculate bedrooms. Ready to get outside Walk out your door to the heated walkway to the Corridor Ski Trail and ski down to the base of Mary Jane.

Bring up to ten people on your next Winter Park vacation and sleep comfortably at Chill 303. Rest easy in the two King Suites one of which has a Queen pullout for additional sleeping. Each King Suite has a modern ensuite bathroom with relaxing amenities. The third bedroom has two sets of Full/Full bunk beds and a shared bathroom. The entire condo is on one level and has elevator access to the entrance, parking garage and amenity level.

Additional amenities include remote check-in, keyless entry, elevator access, community hot tub & Endless pool, shared fitness facility, heated parking for one car + additional parking, hotel-style linens, and private ski lockers.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite with Queen pullout, Second King Suite, plus two sets of Full/Full bunks in the bunk room. Sleeps up to ten people.

    5 Stars – Perfect Mountain Getaway!We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It’s incredibly spacious, clean, and well-decorated—perfect for our family. The views from the deck were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The surrounding scenery is peaceful and beautiful, with lots of trees The amenities were top-notch—fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, strong Wi-Fi (a bonus!), and even surround sound. We also appreciated the outdoor hot tub, which made stargazing at night extra special. It felt like a true escape from the city—quiet, relaxing, and very private.We enjoyed cooking dinners and eating outside on the patio while taking in the fresh air. There’s also a great hiking trail just a short walk away, and we saw deer passing by in the mornings.Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat with all the comforts of home. We’re already planning our next visit!

    Just a couple of items that were disappointing: in the listing, it has a fireplace but upon arrival the remote was taped shut and unable to use. One of the window screens was bent, which created a large opening. The master bath didn't have any kleenex, nor a kleenex holder. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work; there was no way to close the drain in the master bathtub in order to take a bath; the bunk bedroom's ceiling fan didn't work which was really needed. We appreciated having floor fans to at least move the air a little bit.

    We had a ton of space for the 7 adults in our group, with easy access to the mountain, and a short trip to the hot tub. We couldn’t have asked for a better property for our family ski trip.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chill Condos. The units were very large and spacious (i.e. high ceilings and plenty of room for storage). The kitchen was very well stocked, well above other condos we've rented. The beds, sheets and couches were so comfortable. It was a little hike through the snow up a steep hill to get to the cat track. ...not for everyone but it worked well for us and our teenage kids. And because we went in early season, we could only go out that way and had to get a ride back at the end of the day. The ski lockers aren't exactly secure...the locks weren't put on well. But the complex was pretty empty so we still used them and had no issues. The ski lockers were MUCH larger than normal ski lockers which was nice as we had a couple of pairs of skis for each person staying in the unit.

    One of the beat rentals we have ever been too. Clean, fully equiped. Great location too. The property managers were so easy to get in touch with and the check in process was as simple as it gets. Will definetely come back again!
