Truly EXCEPTIONAL!!! Easily the best VRBO stay we have ever had. Location, perfectly clean and just great all around. Off street parking is so amazing and if you are not familiar with Chicago parking it is worth it alone. Attention to detail is clear from the hosts to make your stay wonderful. Do your self a favor and stay here.

The house is really lovely, and it’s been thoughtfully and pleasantly decorated. The ceilings are high, which is a bonus. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped (an ice cream scoop would be a nice addition). The ice maker was off on our arrival, but it started producing ice a few hours after we turned it on.The neighborhood is very nice, and it was looking fine, with flowering trees and lilacs coming into bloom during our late-April visit. Many lush hostas have been planted in the sidewalk verge, and the lush lawn announces the care that goes into the maintenance of the property.No street noise filters into the house. However, we were aware of the upstairs neighbors trooping up and down the back stairs and walking around during the evenings. Overall, staying here was an excellent experience.Note: We didn’t have the need or opportunity to communicate with the hosts, but there’s no “NA” option in the rating system.

We had an excellent stay in September. It was an extended stay with two adults and a toddler. Plenty of space for everyone and a great neighborhood for walking with the water and a park close by. The hosts were wonderful and checked in throughout our stay to ensure we had what we needed, as well as quickly responding when I reached out with questions. This house also has one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay and had an excellent trip! The beds were extremely comfortable and there were an abundance of towels that all matched and were super comfortable. The bedrooms were very spacious and quiet. And the sofa was huge! Thanks for everything!

This place is wonderful! Super walkable. Great nearby food. Very charming interior. Super clean. Plenty of kitchenware. Parking was very convenient. We had a such a great stay here. The hosts were great and we'd definitely stay here again!

Nicely appointed and spacious. Well stocked kitchen and bath necessities, comfy beds. Good neighborhood, just a short walk to red line train station. Very clean!

Rogers Park is a richly diverse and fascinating neighborhood and this place gives great access to what the neighborhood has to offer. It has good transportation to the rest of the north side and downtown. Expect urban funky and fun.
