Stayed Sep 5, 2025The place was roomy and could be much better with new flooring (the carpeting was stained and appeared very worn and dirty). It also had a heavy perfume smell. The kitchen and bathroom were impeccably clean. If you want to park, arrange it ahead of time. We arrived on a Friday evening and Inez was unable to get parking passes for us until Monday so we had to continuously deal with moving our vehicle and finding other parking. Fortunately, we were able to park in my niece’s neighbor’s driveway, which is about 15 minutes away one night. My daughter had to take the vehicle to her neighborhood the other two nights, but then we had to Uber over to it each day and then Uber back to the VRBO every evening. I normally wouldn’t plan on having a vehicle in Chicago, but I needed it this trip and I thought it would be easy to park given the directions in the VRBO information about us being able to purchase a parking pass for each 24 hour period for 15. Inez was responsive.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025The home was clean and fully stocked with essentials. Inez was so helpful and accommodating and her response time was super fast. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and parking was not a hassle. Would definitely recommend for your next stay.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025When we arrived the host left instructions for a lock box and a key to enter the property. When we arrived the lock box was empty and the host was not answering any platforms of communication given. To top it off the wrong phone number was given and even customer support could not reach the host to help. We ended up having to get a hotel nearby for our stay.
