1736 Bluff Villa is a lovely updated two-bedroom two bath villa in South Beach. Situated between the Calibogue Sound and Braddock Cove, you are just steps from the beach!! This villa has beautiful wood plank tile throughout and a newly updated kitchen with everything you need to prepare snacks for the beach, morning coffee, or a delectable meal to enjoy at the dining table. The sliding doors in the living area let the light in and the open living space has comfy cozy furnishings just perfect for relaxing with a good book or hosting movie or game night! The entryway gives you a nice place to store beach gear out of site, and there's a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.



South Beach Marina is nearby for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The 5,000-acre Sea Pines resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.



After a day at the beach or exploring the Island, you'll love having comfy cozy sleeping accommodations. * The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

* 1736 Bluff Villa is located in Building 3, 2nd Floor, Stairwell B. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

    The overall location was nice but the beach was lacking as far as this property being on the Sound and not actually being the ocean. I didn't remember seeing that conveyed.

    Great property and great location close to the Salty Dog and across the street from the beach (a very easy walk). We have stayed at multiple condos at Bluff Villas and are always pleased, second time staying with Host2Coast and could not be happier.

    The unit is nice - a bit dull in decorating - needs some color. The tub in the small bathroom needs at least a grab bar, but really needs replacing. The location is nice - really like the ocean and dolphins every evening.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love South Beach and proximity to Salty Dog. However, there are simple things to make a condo more comfortable. It appears to be updated in pics, but certain things like old tv's and awful cable need to be updated. The shower in the master isn't sealed well and there was a large puddle on the floor after every shower. The toilets are older and had to pull of the lid a number of times to get to flush. Lastly, having to pay separately for a pool pass is a minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience. We've rented down in SB for the last 10 or so years and it has always been included in the rental price. It isn't clear when booking (mostly because it's expected), and we saw a number of people getting aggressive with the poor girls working the gate about it. Also, while it's not under Host2Coast management, that pool is old, cracked, horrible bathrooms, unchanged in 10+ years. We won't stay at this condo again, and considering pricing being jacked up every year, may be time to find another area with a private pool and more updated.

    Perfect for a short getaway to the RBC Heritage. Walking distance to South Beach/Salty Dog and the beach of Calibogue Sound, with a tournament trolley stop right across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

    Lovely, quiet, clean and had everything we needed! It's right next to the Salty Dog marina area, so kids were able to walk in the evening for ice cream, and everything else was accessible by bike. The AC wasn't working, but Host2Coast got an HVAC person in to replace something, and checked in on us consistently to make sure we were good.

One suggestion would be to replace the glass table in the living room or have the edges marked in such a way as to see it more easily. It is hard to see and is a scratch hazard. But, we would rent this property again.
