Chic Pagosa Springs Condo w/ Porch - Walk to Shops

Cute and convenient place to stay! Don't expect to get a great sleep, as the beds are not comfy at all, and the unit could have been cleaner (hair in the bathroom and showers, dishwasher had mildew, oven was not cleaned well, etc.) The manager/host was kind and helpful with any questions we had! Overall, it was a good fit but wish the place would have been cleaner.

Comfortable, convenient, spacious for our family ski trip. Heated garage for vehicle and equipment.

This condo is perfectly located to everything you could want to do in Pagosa. The rive that runs behind is absolutely tranquil! Home is super clean. We never used the front door thanks to the easy access thru the garage! Master bathroom is stunning! Super easy check in and check out! Would recommend 1000%!

Location was perfect… everything was close by. The carpet was not in the best shape, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

The property is very nice and being able to have the river in the back is great!!

Our visit was mostly great and the location was perfect for us.The kitchen was well equipped and we did cook often in our 4 day stay. However, neither coffee maker worked right - glad we brought our pour over set with us! However, the owner failed to inform in the listing that the dining patio was not at all available. The outdoor dining table and chairs were out in the lawn and the downstairs patio was tarped off. So even if we had decided to eat out there we’d have to carry everything down the stairs, through the garage, and around the side of the building. Also the patio furniture on the other decks were really pretty worn and the decks were very dirty. Certainly not conducive to a lovely beverage at sunset sort of deck. And as noted in previous reviews- the carpets, the dining chair upholstery, and the sofas are still stained and worn. And the sofa reclining functions are broken. All in all it was fine, and great if you don’t plan to spend a lot time at the house.

The location of the place was perfect being next to the river and a little outside of town. The towels in the home were a little worn down and had some bleach spots of them. There was also patches of paint everywhere but it was set up nicely for us to be there for a little weekend away. Will definitely consider this place for our next time in Pagosa!

Great property. Convenient to town, and right off the local walking trail. The kitchen is well-stocked if you prefer to cook your meals. I think that they could use a few more spoons (this is such a minor complaint, but it's the only thing I could think of).

Good location. Spacious. Good price. Beds need to be replaced. Would stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient. This was the perfect home base for our vacation. Walking distance to hot springs, and a short drive to Wolf Creek ski lodge. The view of the river from the back porch was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo building right along the river in very quiet neighborhood. The unit has a very nice set-up with a very roomy master suite. Dining and living areas are spacious and comfortable. We also loved having laundry and gas fireplace.

The property was excellent and better than expected.

Overall ok, all the fabrics, towels, couches, carpet, could be replaced. Towels had holes, couches were dirty and reclining mechanisms don’t work properly. The condo is pretty just needs a little TLC.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first vacation as a couple.
