The various base areas of Beaver Creek Resort are between one and three miles away, and the base of Vail Ski Resort awaits eight miles east, so you'll have easy access to all sorts of wintertime fun and adventure. Come summer, the Eagle River is just across Highway 6, where you'll find great fishing and numerous hiking and walking paths that meander throughout the area. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops can all be found within a mile as well.

    This is a hard review to leave. Overall the place was nice and had what we needed. I will note the queen size bed doesn’t really feel like a queen, more like a double and the bathroom isn’t attached. That’s not a deal breaker but also something that might be useful to people booking. There were also no fans and it gets hot in the summer so we had to go buy one. The biggest piece for us was that we had a big issue that was brought up for 2 days that was never addressed. It was gross and disappointing that the mgmt company never reached out to make it right or fix it despite us bringing it back up. Though outside of the live bugs we had to kill it’s not a bad place so hopefully you don’t have the same issue!

    Great spot for the area. Clean. Quiet and spacious.Upstairs gets really hot (we stayed during winter) b/c of heating system. Had to have windows open to make it tolerable. Only thing missing is the ability to plug in and charge our EV.

    The condo itself was average and located in a great spot for Beaver Creek access.We had a car and had to use it. The management company was difficult to reach when we arrived and were unable to gain access with the code that was give. Eventually, we recieved a new code and had no other issues. would recommend for someone on a budget.

    It was a beautiful property with everything we needed. The team got back to us quickly with our inquiries. It was helpful for us coming from overseas to realise the address was a street address and apartment number as this is not an address style we recognise. We realised it was at River Oaks Apartments turn off from the main road - Highway 6. A big garage and the apartment up on the third floor We didn’t have a car. We could catch a local bus on the highway to do the one stop to Avon Station to catch the gondola up to ski.
