Close to everything. Lots of restaurants and bars right out the front door. Short walk to Pikes Place. Safe neighborhood. Parking in the garage was easy. Everything is very safe and secure. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub. Definitely would stay again.

Very conviently located! A great little spot, kitchen well stocked with what you might need. The pool access in the building was a huge bonus for us!

The condo itself is fantastic. The area is also fantastic. The way Vacasa has set up their policies and check in/check out rules are horrible and make no sense. We saw 2 families at different times stranded outside the condo building because the Vacasa rep wasn’t there to let them in. Upon leaving you have to take the fob they give you down to the parking garage, get your car out and attempt to find paid parking so that you can run back, use the fob to enter the building/elevator, access your room with a code, leave the fob and your parking pass, then run back to your vehicle. Upon realizing that we still had the parking pass in the car, we had no way to get back in the building. A replacement is $200. Again, it’s a great condo in a great area, but I’ll be very hesitant to rent anything owned/run by Vacasa. They made it a pain in the …

Great condo with a warm pool, hot tub and sauna. All amenities were fully functional.Location was perfect. It was definitely a bonus to have underground parking

This is a fantastic apartment that is within walking distance of just about all of the most popular tourist attractions and a lot of good restaurants. They do not allow early check in, but I was able to find a place a couple of minutes walk away to keep my items within, until check in. There are a lot of sites that can arrange this for you. You have to meet a Vacasa employee to get your key fob, so the check in time has to be arranged beforehand, but it is easy to do.The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything: pots, pans, oil, spices, and all sorts of dishes. It is ready for cooking.The bathroom felt very clean. The bedroom is nice and the bed is super comfy. The windows open so that you can breathe the fresh air. The heat works well. The living room has a comfortable couch, lots of blankets and a really nice smart tv. The dining table is a nice addition.The area felt safe during the day and early evening. Being a female solo traveler on this vacation, I chose to stay in at night. I think if you choose to venture out at night in this area, keep to well lit areas or get a taxi/uber and everything will be fine.I recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay! Cozy and clean, very welcoming host! The street noise was a lot, and the pool was closed for construction but those are things happen. The check out process with the fob is a lot but it’s the price you pay for security. Close to all the touristy things. It was a great find in Belltown.

I especially appreciated the overall cleanliness, and the well appointed kitchen.

The property was perfectly furnished to make the space comfortable and functional. Located near the Space Needle and within walking (or Scootering) distance of all of the major Seattle attractions.

Beautifully appointed condo with plenty of space for me and husband. We walked to everything and had an endless supply of dining options in our neighborhood.

Great space! Very very secure! Good area to walk from to piles to dinner to anywhere! Random bar good suggestion for dinner! It was a quick stay for us as we are looking for a place for 3 months after surgery and this was a contender! Btw they have everything you would need! Well supplied!! Beautiful place!

Great apartment that is close to downtown. We stayed the weekend here and were able to park our vehicle then walk to mostly everywhere else. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Great location, easy parking, access, ect. Valeria, our greater, was great. We were late arriving, she was quick and efficient. I did find the process a little worrisome, get a text saying they are a greater requesting flight schedule, arrival time, ect. This day in age it could be a little scary.

Lovely place to stay close to everything! It was clean, walking distance to all the things we wanted to do, and safe!! We stayed for 10 days and highly recommend to anyone heading to Seattle!

The location is great. About a 15 min walk to the Link. We walked to many sites, and restaurants. The decor is cute, and little details are appreciated. Plenty of kitchen items, plates for the roof top deck, Keurig and coffee maker. Dresser in the closet for plenty of storage. We did not miss having ac at all, it was quite warm our first day, however, there are 2 great fans and with ability to open the windows it quickly cooled off. Yes it is in a noisier area, but we expected it being downtown. It did not affect our stay. Good Italian restaurant right outside the door on 2nd. Mini mart on 1st avenue for little things. Beautiful courtyard, and nice rooftop area. We felt completely safe, strict protocol for leaving and entering. Some little areas could use a deep clean, however, overall clean with cute decor. Bed was comfy and plenty of pillows. We used Uber a couple of times, so easy there.

This place is in the perfect location for accessibility to all downtown sites.

The condo was clean, well appointed and centrally located to all the sites in Seattle. There are many fantastic restaurants and bars nearby and an excellent bakery. It is noisy so bring ear plugs for better sleeping, but you’re in the city so it is to be expected. We would stay here again for sure!

Enjoyed our stay. Room was good with exception of them not emptying kitchen trash bag from prior guest. Rep was there to meet us and show us around. This is Vacasa agency rep not the building rep. Plan on arriving in afternoon or early evening as late night arrival may cause problems getting the rep there to let you in. Minimal reception service at desk. Mostly a security guard. Small pool area but okay. There is no AC in units. We were there early June and it hit 90 (rare) and room did get a bit warm and stuffy. Plenty of fans. Parking garage can be a pain if you have a large car. Originally rented a Jeep Wrangler that would have be okay but AIrport rental is a mess and they did not have that car so gave us a brand new Escalade instead. Just fit in height wise but spots were to narrow and short. Turning around was impossible. Had two spots we could easily get in and out of. otherwise parked on street, dicey.

My friend snd I loved this place! The location was perfect, we were practically able to walk everywhere the entire weekend. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this, 5 stars!!

Great location. You can walk to everything. Property is really secure and feels safe. The apartment doesn’t have much air circulation at all so consider bringing your own fans.

This apt is roomy with great natural lighting, but we were mostly pleased by the comfy beds. The apt is clean and well situated, with only a short walk to locations like the waterfront, Pike Place Mkt, Space Needle, etc. Check-in and check- out was breezy.

A mildew smell lingered in the bathroom from day 1. It improved temporarily after a cleaning was arranged.The interior shower curtain was discolored & the mildew smell returned whenever it was wet.The ceiling vent was visibly dusty & lack of ventilation may have contributed to the lingering smell. Renovation/painting of the building exterior was not disclosed as a part of this listing.The suspended scaffolding was raised, lowered & parked daily outside this unit for the duration of our stay. The sliding glass door in the bedroom was already covered in plastic upon our arrival & our greeter told me it would be removed the following day - it wasn’t. We never had access to the balcony. On day 2, the living room windows were covered in plastic by the renovation crew. We had both interior fans running (also dusty) & needed to keep one window open for ventilation in the unit. A painter tapped on our window to tell us to close it as the window opened outward & blocked them from maneuvering their equipment. I first contacted Vacasa about this at 4:22 pm of day 2 of our stay reporting the inconvenience, the lack of ventilation, natural sunlight & privacy & asked of the possibility of moving to another unit. I was informed that somebody would contact me. I called and texted Vacasa again on day 3 after no response but to no avail. We tolerated the inconveniences & checked out this AM - 36 hrs of no response from Vacasa. Photos available to homeowner to support this review.

Loved how private and cozy everything was and the kitchen, shower and bed where perfect!

We enjoyed the area of this airbnb, but be aware that the place doesn't have air conditioning. If you get hot like us, this may not be the place. The airbnb was very clean and the guest services were very accommadating.
