Stayed Jun 7, 2025We really enjoyed the location of this condo and the 3 bedroom 3 bath layout. The parking was really nice. I was worried about everyone using the shower at the same time and not having enough hot water for everyone but that was not the case….we had plenty of hot water. We loved the little welcome box with dish soap, sponge, dishwasher and laundry pods. We were also pleasantly surprised at how easy check out was. The things we think need improvement: the bed frames and mattresses, kitchen utensils, could use a few plastic storage containers, a couple more comfy chairs for living room area. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would rent from SPI rentals again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our stay here. Place was spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach. It has a pool, but we never used it. It is located close to a bunch cool stores and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location and condition of this unit cannot be beat. In addition to being clean and well maintained, the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and attractive. The SPI Rental team were beyond courteous when I contacted them. I cannot express how grateful my family and I are with them. Please give them a call and ask about this beautiful condo on your next trip to South Padre Island. We are already planning our next vacation and will definitely stay here!
