This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a modern mountain aesthetic with all the comforts of home and unbeatable access to world-class slopes, trails, and Northstar Village.

We care for Tahoe as much as we care for our guests! With every stay, Tahoe Signature Properties plants a tree and provides eco-friendly supplies to help preserve our beautiful mountain environment.

Equipped with dual ovens, including an air fryer, plus a crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, and a stove with an integrated griddle for elevated cooking experiences. Bar seating for four and a dining table for six create the perfect setting for refined meals or relaxed gatherings;
• Living Area: Bright and cozy sitting space with a flatscreen TV, plush seating, and large windows where you can watch the gondola glide by;
• Guest Bedroom: Features staggered bunk beds (queen below, twin above) and a flatscreen TV — great for kids, teens, or an extra couple;
• Shared Bathroom: Spacious four-piece bath with modern fixtures and thoughtful touches;

•Maximum Occupancy: 5;
•Parking: 2 cars allowed. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard for the winter months. The condo includes two parking passes, and we’re unable to obtain additional ones. Please note that a $100 fee applies for each lost pass. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
•No pets (Family Allergies);
•Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change. See the NPOA Rec Center website for details;
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
•Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation;
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.

Convenient Local Baby Gear Rentals in Tahoe

Traveling with little ones is easier with convenient baby gear rentals available locally in Tahoe. Guests may arrange rentals independently with a third-party provider by searching for “Tahoe Truckee Baby” and coordinating delivery details directly. Availability, pricing, and delivery are managed by the provider, and all rental costs are the responsibility of the guest. You can schedule drop off and pick up around your reservation dates.
