Great neighborhood to go out and do things very close to old town restaurants and bars good for families, etc.

Great place close to Old Town. Decorated uniquely and clean. Host was informative and responded quickly.

I am absolutely obsessed with the decor in this place. I also love the location’s proximity to restaurants, shops, and the Scottsdale Artist’s School. One downside was that we couldn’t unpack our suitcases, there really wasn’t anywhere to put our clothes. A small chest of drawers in each closet would be a great addition. Overall, the place was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well maintained. The facility was quiet, clean and very comfortable. All the necessary amenities were provided.

We had a great stay. The communication from the host was excellent. The cleanliness of the unit was great. It was updated, had everything you needed. I highly recommend staying here. Just bring your food and the unit is supplied with literally everything.

Just stayed a week at this property in Scottsdale and were very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, pool & location was fantastic! Excellent & would stay there again!

The room is fine. If you have any issues or questions the property management company is awful. The batteries were dead on the lock and we couldn’t get in. They replied 10 hours later… I’ll never use their properties again.

Stay was great.

Nice apartment for 2 or 3 people. Very clean. It is an apartment building which has an assigned parking but unless you are on the bottom floor with a back door, the walk to the parking is inconvenient. It is very quiet and neighbors are friendly.

The stay was perfect! Such a cute place and so clean. We loved being in an area that’s easy to get to and walk around in.

First, let me preface my review by stating that my wife and I were VRBO hosts for 3-4 years and we are acutely aware of customer service. Our experience with this property was not good in this regard with every communication directed through email via the VRBO “message” center. Those communications were always polite, yet so impersonal and relied on one having to constantly check to see if a response had come. This might work for some, but our request to be called for certain facts were never met. On day one, upon taking a shower the shower “knob” fell off and was stripped so the water couldn’t be adjusted. Fortunately there was a pliers available and we were able to rig it to somewhat work. We were informed , again via “email” that they’d come look at it the following day. Then, via email we were informed that it couldn’t be fix for the duration of our stay! We asked how they might compensate us for this inconvenience and, via email they offered a very small refund. Though not thrilled, we asked for a slightly later checkout. Not bueno, the government agency in charge of scheduling was unable to accommodate us. You get the idea, we really felt like every decision was made impersonally by a management company from out-of-state, with a great reluctance to ever have the courtesy of speaking directly. Otherwise property was dated, specific apartment interesting, and location very good.

The condo was nice and clean. I had a bit of a problem figuring out the parking in relationship to the condo. I came in around sunset and the lighting outside was bad. I was alone and was a little uneasy about walking between the buildings in the dark in an unfamiliar place but I managed. I had a problem with the plumbing, shower valve, but that was fixed quickly. The beds were comfortable and it was a good location to Old Town Scottsdale.

It was exactly like it looked and better. Great 2-bedroom place with a pool. You can walk to everything in Old Town. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Property and location are great in Scottsdale. Checking in was easy. The area is safe and walkable to many things. My only complaint is the mattresses were caved into the bed and sheets/pillow quality could be improved. The pillows didn’t have water proof colors and were stained.

The property was clean, quiet and oh so peaceful. I didn't even need to worry about hand or dish soap, everything you need is there for you. Communication with the owner was always timely. Located 3 mins away from Old Town and 9 mins away from the Hole in the Rock/Botanical Garden/Zoo. I highly recommend this cute condo for your stay in Phoenix.

No complaints. Easy check in, clean, great location, greay communication.
