Responsible Guest: The primary guest must be 21 years or older and is required to provide a photo ID, a selfie, the credit card used for the reservation, and a signed rental agreement before check-in.

    The staff was accommodating and kind. They made it feel like they cared about their guests. The location is within driving distance of the nearby Safeway and King's Beach (which has volleyball nets). The casinos are a quick 10-minute drive away. The property was spotless, quiet, and a walkable distance to the property's pool, ping-pong table, cornhole set, and dumpsters. We saw a black bear at the dumpsters late at night once, but don't be alarmed, as they are more interested in the dumpsters than us humans. The beds were very comfortable and this unit can easily sleep 8 people. The washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, TV, and outdoor grill worked properly. All the furniture was in good condition. We were moderately loud in the late hours of the night but didn't receive any complaints. Any problems we ran into, we spoke with the staff and they immediately would do their best to help us. For one of our problems, they offered to compensate us for our troubles. Secondly, the Wi-Fi was spotty, but this helped us immerse ourselves in the beauty of North Lake Tahoe. If you're sleeping on the bottom floor, you can hear the people walking on the upper floors. Overall, I would rate this stay a 7.5/10 - a GOOD stay, due to cleanliness, great staff, location, and amenities.

    Condo met all of our expectations with exception of being listed as 4BR since loft bedroom was chained I’d with sign stating it was not available for use. Thus this really is a 3BR unit Management company extremely accessible and responsive

    Very comfortable, clean cabin. Only things on downside is the slats on balcony are spaced a lil far apart, other cabins we noted had screen or plastic netting. Our 3 yr old grandson could have easily fit thru rails. There were a few spiders in the unit, we had to dispose of, one person was bitten. No coffee filters or spices (salt/pepper). Otherwise, very nice place.

    The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and clean. The upstairs carpet is light colored and very dirty and ought to be replaced if this unit will be a VRBO rental. While we were there one week, two times a kitchen cabinet fell off, one off its hinges and the other the entire front of the drawer just fell off. Also, a curtain rod leading to the deck was about the fall off the wall. The place could use a handyman checking things out and making minor repairs. The condo complex is nice, quiet, clean, private, and just a short two min. drive from Kings Beach, restaraunts, and Safeway. It is a good location. There are hiking and mountain bike trails near by. Easy parking. Nice pool. The property management was semi-responsive. It too too long to wait to check in, about 20 min. Have to check in 30 min. away in Tahoe City. Property management did not inform us pool pass was in the condo. This lead to confusion and unnecessary calls to/with the management where we got conflicting info. about how to get the pool pass. Still had a good time at this place.

    The overall cleanliness and updating was just ok. We did not realize there was No air conditioning and only 2 working box fans. Carpet is overdue for replacement and was loose at the top of the stairs. Ants in downstairs bath and king bedroom. Kitchen had a loose cabinet panel and screen door doesn’t close all the way. On the other hand the bath remodeling was quite tasteful, beds were comfortable and dish-ware was recently purchased and plentiful. All appliances worked. Tahoe in general is both gorgeous and over crowded. We were not able to get to any of the nicer beaches due to crowd control measures and the Heavenly Gondola was not an option due to weather at the summit. I will say plenty of advance planning is key for Tahoe in general.

    Property was awesome and great value. Check in Process was a major inconvenience. We had to retrieve keys from an office that was 12 miles from the property and took us almost 2 hours round trip to check in with the holiday traffic. Couldn't believe they didn't have a lock box or more conveniently located office.
