Stayed Jul 10, 2025Loved the beachy decor - very bright. Small condo and we had 3 of us. Do not think it is walking distance to the beach - at least not for a day adventure . Also 2nd floor was not bad to get up one flight of stairs. I don’t think the people upstairs were purposely loud but just normal walking and talking could be heard and I’m sure they heard us laughing and talking. Would like to be closer to the beach next time but the place was very cute .

Stayed May 2, 2025Residence was cute and spacious, but more suited for a couple and 2 children than 3 - 4 adults. Appreciate the value and reasonable cost, but wish the twin beds in the 2nd room were more comfortable. Some simple extras, such as welcome water bottles and a few more towels would have been appreciated, but overall, propertu was as advertised.

Stayed Sep 27, 2022Easy access to Wells, Ogunquit and all places along the coast. Plenty of dining opportunities. Two big bedrooms, comfy beds, good kitchen and comfy place to sit in the evenings. Loved it. Would stay again!
