Stayed Dec 13, 2019Such a beautiful home. Great location near downtown Chatham. High end kitchen appliances, great surround sound system, chic beach vibe overall. Loved my stay here and would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024The apartment is in a great location just as described in the listing! It was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Though it’s on Main Street we found it very quiet when we were there mid September. Dave was very responsive, made everything easy! You won’t be disappointed! We brought bikes and stored them securely in the garage. The 7.5 mil bike path connector to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is just around the corner. There are 3 great restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Town is just a 15 minute walk and was charming. We didn’t have beach weather but made the short drive to Lighthouse Beach and parked easily.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023Returned to Chatham after a long time and just as nice as I remember. Condo was very spacious and has all the bells and whistles. Only noticeable thing was the main bathroom had long hair on counter and ironically in a cobweb on light fixture.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This is the second year that we stayed here and once again it was a most pleasureable stay ?. It is a roomy and comfortable space. My recommendation would be the same as last year, to purchase a dresser for the queen bedroom. Otherwise, it was great.

Stayed May 22, 2023Beautiful place. enjoyed our short stay. Luckily I looked at me email day we left for the Cape. The entry number was wrong that i got Sunday and I never saw we needed to bring bedding and towels. We enjoyed the space and layout. Thank you.

Stayed May 19, 2023Enjoy a pleasant stay in Chatham Village...the property is close to everything downtown Chatham...on the main road, but just on the outskirts of the main strip about a 5 minute walk to the heart of Chatham. The property was well appointed, lots of parking and as expected. Owners were very responsive to any questions. Reminder that this property does not include linens...we brought our own, although the owners recommend a rental service. The washer/dryer was in a shared hallway, but did not impact our stay.
