The breakfast bar provides optional seating. The bedroom has a King size memory foam bed, Roku Smart TV, and a ceiling fan for your added enjoyment. There are two additional box fans in the back closet to use if desired. The bathroom has a tub/shower and a new chair height toilet. This condo has a unique feature that you can connect internally to unit 401 if you choose through the double fire doors. Perfect to have your own space and extended family next door. The property has an online application operated laundry room on the 1st floor. The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open and covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also two restrooms in the gated pool area.
