Stayed Jun 15, 2022The property was great! We loved it! My wife didn't like that the washer and dryer was public and $4 a load, but hey I don't like doing laundry anyway. Awesome view - close to the beach. Furnishings were up to date. One of my favorite places we have stayed in the area.

Stayed May 12, 2025Second time staying at this property. Quiet area! Just a short drive to lots or restaurants. The complex is still recovering from the Hurricane damage but we expected that. The unit was just as advertised. Nice and clean with a perfect view! Easy communication with Plumlee.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025The property has an elevator that hasn’t worked since the last storm. That was not in the listing and should have been. Rental agency sends an email 48 hours before check in saying you can cancel for a full refund. They know the elevator hasn’t worked in months, not very honest.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024Outstanding balcony view facing the beach! Very nice property. Check in process is old school. An improvement would be to send the door code via the VRBO app rather than getting a packet from a different address (especially for an after hours arrival). It was within walking distance of the Salt Rock Grill, which I highly recommend (we ate their 3 nights in a row).

Stayed Jun 17, 2024We have stayed here at this complex about a dozen times over the past 20 years. Very nice facility every time we stay. The complex does appear to need some upkeep, I hope it is on a schedule to be completed soon.
