room for up to 10 guests. Getting around Mammoth couldn’t be easier. The

townhome is located directly on the Winter Red Line shuttle route, providing

convenient access to the slopes without having to drive. You’re also just a

short walk from shopping, restaurants, the movie theater, bowling alley and

the Mammoth Ice Rink & Community Recreation Center, making this a great

location for enjoying everything town has to offer. After a day of mountain

adventures, come home and relax in the inviting living room featuring a cozy

fireplace and large Smart TV. The remodeled, fully equipped kitchen has

everything you need to prepare meals for the group, with seating for eight at

the dining table and two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Step outside

onto the deck and fire up the BBQ grill for an easy evening meal. The primary

bedroom offers a comfortable King bed and private en-suite bathroom. The

second bedroom features a Queen bed with access to a shared full bathroom,

while the third bedroom provides two Twin beds. The fourth bedroom is a great

setup for kids or larger groups, featuring two bunk beds with Full beds on the

bottom and Twin beds on top, giving everyone plenty of room to settle in.

Guests can also enjoy the complex amenities, including a hot tub, sauna, and

on-site laundry facilities, plus an outdoor swimming pool during the summer

months. Your stay also includes complimentary full access to Snowcreek

Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility.

Amenities include an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness

center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts,

and a variety of fitness and wellness classes. During the summer, guests can

also enjoy the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. The home
