The living room flows into the dining area, where a table for 6 makes shared meals easy. The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space and additional bar seating, giving the cook room to prepare meals while staying part of the conversation. Step outside onto the balcony, where seating and a BBQ grill provide a convenient spot to enjoy fresh air and casual outdoor moments.



This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 2 bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower and single vanity.

- This unit is rented through the individual owner and not through The Charter at Beaver Creek Condominium Association, East-West Hospitality, or their affiliates.

- All guests must check in and register at the front desk upon arrival to obtain a parking permit/pass.

- Parking is $40 per night per vehicle. Parking is paid upon check in at the front desk.
