Charming West-Facing Single-Level Home with Expansive Ocean Views!

Loved the location. Fully stocked kitchen was wonderful.

The condo offered a perfect stay for three, with its stunning ocean view and cozy interior. We enjoyed sunsets from the balcony, and the beds were comfortable with ample blankets for cool nights. However, the walk-in shower had drainage issues, and the provided beach chairs were broken. The check-in process and amenity access required significant walking and climbing, which was challenging for those with mobility issues. We recommend adding accessible parking near building entrances. Security was commendable, particularly Ruben, who assisted greatly on finding the HOA office for check in check-in and giving awesome dining suggestions.Despite minor issues, our experience was exceptional. The beach and harbor walks were memorable, and diverse nearby dining options were plentiful. My friends and I recommend Paradise Found at North Coast Village for a delightful getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! Great condo. Perfect for a family of five. Very comfortable. Short walk to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and the pier.

The condo was clean, welcoming and well located. We could walk to the beach, the boardwalk and the harbor. Parking was convenient with just a short flight of stairs to our unit. We would stay here again as it was a great place to take our teenagers since we had two rooms and two bathrooms. Check in/out was very easy and the property is beautiful.

The picture from the balcony makes it look like it's ground level but what looked like sand is a rooftop of condos between the balcony and the beach. Under the amenities section for comfort it does say heating but I didn't catch that it didn't also say cooling but it doesn't specify that there is no A/C until you get check in instructions. It wasn't hot in September, but it was humid and A/C would have been nice during the day. If your party has more than one vehicle you'll have to park one far away and pay for it. The condo was clean, beautiful and had comfortable beds. I asked for a little extra time checking out (30 min) and they said no.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The condo was ocean-facing and we could hear the waves crashing all night. The resort is very nice and my children enjoyed the heated pool a lot. I only wish we could have stayed longer to really relax and enjoy the amenities. Know that if you want to go in the ocean, wetsuits are needed!

The property looked exactly like it did in the pictures - very clean with a lovely view of the ocean from every window in the property! I would have appreciated an email from the property owner sooner than the day before we checked in, but once it came, all the information needed was there for an easy check in. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware, which was greatly appreciated. The only concern was the neighbor above could be heard walking and moving furniture around until after midnight on our first night. We told the property manager, who called the HOA, and they called and asked for quiet after 10pm. All the other nights were fine! I would definitely stay here again.

Property is great close to the beach, stores, and food. The unit was fine. Dated cabinets and cooking utensils, old towels, bathroom tile is old and dingy, fireplace did not work, beds were good. Great view of adjacent apartment. We nicked named the unit “rusty” it explains everything you need to know.

The unit is outdated and needs repairs. The kitchen cabinets are banged up and the tile grout is dirty. The gate to the beach and the wash down shower are right outside the bedroom window. There is foot traffic all day and night with children screaming. You have to keep the windows open for ventilation because there is no A/C. The neighbors above us were up at 4:30 am working out and running around 2 mornings in a row. Security had to be contacted. Property management refused to get involved. Horrible stay! Beware!

Great stay in Oceanside. Many walkable restaurants and can’t beat being on the beach.

We loved opening the windows and sliding glass doors enjoying the ocean breeze and hearing the waves crash. We saw dolphins swimming in the ocean while enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony on provided patio furniture. The views from the windows were enjoyable and the furniture was comfortable, with the decorations it was perfect. Having beach equipment stored in the closet was so nice and the wagon to pull our stuff to the beach was another enjoyable feature. Plenty of towels and blankets. The overall place was large and sharing with three adult children and ourselves we had no problems with space or checking in. Highly recommend.
