The Space
The Era Building was constructed in 2015 therefore this condo is very modern, with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops throughout, Blomberg Washer & Dryer in suite, a cozy patio with seating for 2, and a dining table that seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen is so well equipped and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you would need on a holiday or business trip, plus+++ The bedrooms have queen beds, and the master has an adjoining en-suite. This condo is meticulously clean and detailed accordingly.

    Warning!! Should read…suite was incredibly supplied and a great floor plan! The condo was quiet except for exceptional external aggravations when windows needed to be open for cooling! Huge flocks of sea gulls screeching day & night plus drugged vagrants during early morning hours were intolerable when weather warmed & there was a need for fresh air! We thoroughly appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable furnishings, the excellent location, and the support of the property management!!!

    We visited Victoria in March 2022 for the first time, and our month long stay could not have been better. This Arta suite felt like home for the beginning. Quiet, well stocked and perfectly located, you could not ask for a better place. We had a rental car, however everything was walking distance. Used the car for longer trips to Tofino, Sooke, etc. Highly recommend this as the place to stay and Melissa and Rod who manage the unit are so very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

    Perfect location for discovering and exploring the city. We parked our car in the parking garage and never touched it until we left. Everything so close and convenient.

    CITY LIFE SUITES, did an admirable job on arrival & departure. They were always available to answer questions that would arise, as we were staying there for 4 months. The app't was as shown, very clean, very well stocked with all you would need. Great TV , approx. (40 inch), WI-FI (unlimited) was excellent, we streamed a lot ! All major appliances worked perfectly ! Noise from within the building was not an issue. This was our first time in Victoria, IMO, the location was beyond excellent. The harbour is 3 blocks, Irish Times Pub, 2 blocks, you can easily walk anywhere, the downtown is actually compact. The hockey rink is 4 blocks away, superb hockey , Junior A , WHL,...... Many, very nice restaurants are situated , all easily walkable. Shoppers Drugs is about 75 yards away, for quick access. Reserved, underground parking was very easy & handy. All in all, we were extremely satisfied & CITY LIFE SUITES, were prompt, professional & a real pleasure to deal with.....

    The Arta Suite provided an ideal spot for our stay in Victoria. It was a bright, comfortable and well-appointed condo with everything you could need provided. Groceries, restaurants, entertainment and the ocean all close by which made for a very walkable experience - just what we wanted. Melissa and Rod from City Life Suites were wonderful - so friendly, accommodating and attended to every detail. We will definitely be back!
