Charming Studio Beach Getaway. Beachfront Pool, Near Restaurants, Activities

This small studio apartment/condo was impressively well furnished! It was impeccably clean, with well-stocked kitchen, linens, comfortable furniture, and just about anything you might want on the beach! We really liked having the beach cabana - it was easy to set up and pack back into its bag! Easy walk to the beach, too! Can’t thank you enough!

This was our second time at this property. So convenient and exactly what we need when we are in town. Great location to some nifty little local dining spots. Very walkable, quiet, and safe.

Amazing location and the beach was beautiful. We never needed a car and we were here for 3 nights! we were about to get an early check in and late check out so that made a huge difference! I know that’s not always possible! The only think I would say is that the condo’s AC was loud and one of the main lights were out. But the bed was comfortable and the location was amazing. Great communication and service too!

This was the perfect room! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space that was offered, as well as the fast walk to the beach! We were supplied with beach chairs and beach umbrella’s, which made our beach time much more enjoyable. One thing to add: a knife added into the utensils would be helpful! Thank you for a great stay.

No car needed. Everything is waking distance and safe neighborhood. This condo was clean and perfect for just the 2 of us! 💕 We had the perfect set up on the beach, condo provided tent and chairs which made it perfect!

This property was absolutely perfect for myself and my partner. It was a close walk to the beach and en even closer walk to the pool. The unit was fully stocked with all the beach essentials. We are already looking forward to booking again next year!

Bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets and mattress were covered in bugs and larvae upon arrival. iTrip property management team did a great job of relocating us immediately, as they believed the issue would require extermination services.

We will be back. This is our new go to location.

Termites were found at the base of the wall near the bed, as well as in the bed itself! Over the course of five evenings we would find three or four wingless termites crawling on the sheets as we turned the bed down. Nothing quite like trying to go to sleep with that creepy crawling feeling. Also, the floors were dirty in the unit, and the stairway and hallway carpet was filthy.

Excellent location but unfortunately many places I remember eating and shopping were gone or closed since the hurricane. It was sad to see and very few people in the area. The beach is always beautiful and the water warm!

Positives- beautiful beach directly across the street, very clean and well decorated interior, close to everything, free easy parking Negatives - the building exterior and the grounds are in rough shape, the air conditioner was so loud that we had to turn it off to sleep

Great location within walking distance of a lot bars, restaurants and the beach. Good place for two people and had everything we needed including beach chairs. Would stay again.

Terrific location and exactly the stuff we needed (and none of the stuff we weren’t going to need) with at terrific price. Super comfy bed and two great places to eat a very short walk away. Quiet and friendly.

Perfect spot near St Pete Beach. Ideal location! Cozy sitting area, comfortable bed, great bathroom and kitchen with everything you need! They even had beach chairs for us to use!

Nice and cozy condo was perfect! We had everything we needed, very clean when we arrived. Just steps from a beautiful beach with a very yummy restaurant and boardwalk. We will definitely be back!!

This property was excellent to stay at!! The instructions we received prior to leaving for our trip were very thorough and exactly on point. Even came with dining and activity suggestions. The accommodations were very clean and very well appointed. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The ocean beach is one block away. Super convenient and put you at a great point along the shore. Several great places to eat at near by which was just what we wanted. We planned our trip to be an Uber ride from the airport to our rental and then walk from there the rest of our stay preventing a car rental and parking hassle. This rental allows you to do just that!! If you are looking for location, cleanliness and ease, this is your place!! Will rent again when the opportunity presents itself.
