Charming Stay for 4 in DT, Walk to Broadway!

Very clean!

Very clean. Quick response from host when had issue getting into the unit (code for door wasn’t working). It was resolved quickly. Warning no windows in the unit but has air units for air flow. Very convenient stay to be close to Broadway and nightlife

It’s very quiet and perfect for sleep when you want a break from the Nashville noise.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is right in the middle of the action to be able to walk to all of the hot spots on Lower Broadway. The room was quiet and with no windows, the room stayed dark to sleep in. The host could put brighter lighting for the bathroom mirror.

This property is exactly as described. You will be staying right in the heart of the excitement of Broadway. Super convenient to take a quick break from the action or make an outfit change. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to embrace everything the Broadway area has to offer! We can’t wait to book another stay here!

It was a great place to stay. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed our time. The only reason I am not giving a 5 is because the air conditioner broke on us. We reported it the morning it happened and it wasn't fixed till the next afternoon. The communication during that time was not great. I had to keep asking what was going on with it. The place has no windows to the outside. It is horrible in there without air conditioning. They have offered to give me 30 back (hasn't happened yet) but it cost around 200 a night so that isn't much. They did bring us a fan during that time. If they could update the air conditioners it would be a 5 star plus place.

Perfect location with ease of access to everything needed and wanted. Apartment was clean. Had all necessities and bed was really comfy to lay our heads in after a long day. Only thing that I wish we were aware of was the fact that there are no windows to the outside. Really had a tough time recognizing what time of the day it was but at the same time it did allow for peace and quiet. If there were windows then we would have gotten no sleep due to the outside music and traffic.

Great location, clean and tidy. No problems.There are no windows which was a bit weird to get used to but that also helped keep the crazy outside noises to a minimum and offered complete darkness for sleep as a trade off.

We loved this clean and quiet stay!This is the perfect location if you are flying into Nashville with limited luggage. We were coming in from a road trip and had a lot of luggage and things to carry up to this 2nd floor walk up. There is no parking on site, so it was a bit of a struggle to get settled in. That’s on us… the property is awesome!The amenities are nice and the bed was fabulous! Slept like a dream! We would stay here again if flying into Nashville.

This spot was just lovely! Right in the middle of all the action, but somehow still nice and quiet. Space was fantastic and well-equipped. Bed was comfy and shower pressure was great. Communication with management was easy and quick. Would def stay here again!

Came in town to see PJ. Never been to Nashville. Location was perfect and Doc Holidays next door was a bonus. We felt safe and secure our entire trip. Such a short walk to every place we went. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, very quiet, secluded once you go thru the locked doors, and beautiful views. We will definitely be coming back here to stay soon!

Fantastic loft and the location was perfect!!!!The only issue we had was we could not connect to the WiFi, but I didn’t mind.

First time booking with VRBO. This property is exceptional and started our 2025 year with a very high bar.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway, the property was clean, very secure and around the corner from Broadway. Parking garage was easy to access with a short walk. Great view of the river!!
