Charming spacious townhouse, close to beaches, shopping & restaurants!

Great hosts, had lots of supplies for the beach (umbrellas, cooler, chairs, toys, towels), roomy home right next to pond, was very comfortable for 7 people

We love staying here because it is close to everything and very clean. Love eating breakfast on the enclosed back patio before our daily excursions.

We had a wonderful visit. Super clean and spacious. Loved having coffee on the porch each morning. Quick ride to beaches, boardwalk and outlets. My son loved fishing in the ponds. Just what we needed.

We could not have been more impressed with the property and the owner. The property is clearly well cared for by the property owner. She takes a great amount of pride in her home and that shows from the welcome gift, to the cleanliness, to the labels providing organization/instructions, to her being a text or call away if needed. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great property with more than enough room for my family of 4. Very clean and comfortable and situated in a quiet and beautiful community just a block from Route 1. Checking in and out was easy and Elisa was extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this Vrbo rental! The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated—exactly as pictured. It struck the perfect balance between comfort and style, with cozy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout. Plus, we were minutes from local shops, restaurants, and a grocery store—super convenient without feeling touristy. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the outdoor patio was a favorite hangout spot. We even grilled one night and ate under the stars! Host was amazing. Responsive, friendly, and clearly invested in making sure guests have a great experience.We’d absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with all the comforts of home and a prime location, this is it.

This was our first time to Lewes and the beaches and the housing was a highlight of a tremendous trip! The accomodations were spacious, private, quiet and very summer time fresh! The host could not done better preparing the house for guests!

I’ve stayed at this property a few times and Elisa (the host) is always responsive to questions and does things to make our stay nicer like putting benches and towel/shoe racks along with paintbrushes to dust off sand. The house is always clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Sunroom is lovely for family meals. We’ll be back again next summer! Thanks!

This was without a doubt the nicest home we have stayed in in Lewes, or anywhere! Every amenity was available, every detail thoughtfully provided. Elisa was easy to get ahold of and was very communicative. The house was extremely clean and perfectly appointed. The location is perfect and within close proximity to everything you need. I would highly recommend staying here-we will be back for sure!

We had the most wonderful stay. Everything was perfect, and when I say perfect I mean perfect. From everything the home provided, to even the smallest touches. The home is so well kept, clean, organized and orderly - BUT so comfortable all at the same time! Which we found so much value you in a family of 5. So much was provided for our convenience. It has it all. We absolutely will be staying here again! I wish I could give it 5 stars over and over again.

Everything in the house was well organized and labeled, which made it easy to settle in. The house is in a quiet gated community, and is convenient to Rehobeth, Cape Henlopen, and the outlets.Our family has vacationed in Rehobeth for over 7 years, and this is my favorite rental property thus far. Additionally, Elisa was easy to communicate with and very responsive.We’ll be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely property for our beach vacation. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate. Communication with the property owner was excellent and the check in/check out process was very smooth. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful yet in a central location to everything we needed. I loved my quiet mornings on the porch overlooking the lake. We would love to be repeat renters next summer. Highly recommend!

This is my second stay at this property and Elisa is a very detail oriented and helpful host! The townhouse is in a great location and perfect for families with kids (bedrooms on the same floor, fooseball table). Kitchen was well stocked and the house was overall clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. Looking forward to going back next summer!

We really enjoyed our stay here- the owner is excellent…very thoughtful and a great communicator. The property is located right on the outskirts of the beach towns, so it was a little less busy- which we really appreciated. House was clean and had everything we needed. Great property and was one of the better rentals we have had in our 12+ years of renting down at the Delaware beaches. Thank you!

Very clean and quiet. We had an amazing time. It was the perfect place to stay. Very close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants, but not to close to be dealing with noise and traffic. Will definitely be trying to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this quaint townhome. The property is very well maintained and has everything you would need. The communication with the owners was excellent and we had zero issues during our stay. The little town of Lewis is adorable and just perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
