Strongly recommend written communications with guests to access the unit include the need to check in with the property management office to pick up the keys, to include the address. Also, the after hours automated voice message was not very clear on the lock box number. The voice message should be redone. The property manager rep was very responsive after hours, and the in-office personnel were professional, however.
The condo was nicely decorated, had very comfortable beds, had a nice kitchen with lovely dishes and everything needed to feed four hungry grandchildren after a day of skiing. The proximity to the ski hill was fantastic.
My dad, brother and I spent two nights in this condo. Easy in-and-out, comfortable space and a really great management company. Could use a few more “basics” in the kitchen (if there was sugar, pepper, coffee we didn’t find it) but plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Nice deck off condo. Would recommend.
Loved staying off the business streets. It was very quiet and beautiful up by the mountain. 5 minutes to Sunvalley skating rink.
This was a really lovely place. Great location and very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were also nice to have.
What a great property! My hubby, 2 teens, and I were in town for a skating competition in Sun Valley. Perfect location for walking to everything in Ketchum, and a quck drive to the Sun Valley village. Plenty of space in the unit for 4 people and a great deck! My only constructive criticisms echo those of of others. The check in process wasn't explicit that we needed to pick up a key at a seperate location (I was expecting a key pad like most other VRBOs) and my kids said the twin beds were uncomfortable (too soft.) Other than that, it's a great place!
The condo is on the first floor and has a deck sitting area. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes etc. There is a washer and dryer in the condo but no detergent so I did not get to use it. Plenty of towels are provided in the 2 bathrooms, as well as towels for the pool. It is in a quiet location in town. The water in the swimming pool is nice and warm, there is also a hot tub. This was a good place to stay.
great location. clean. easy access to everything. The only negative I can think of was the check in location wasn't well communicated - I hadn't been to sun valley before and it almost seems that you should know where the check in place is - when it isn 't the same as the site.
Great location. Easy walk with skis to base of Sun Valley. Easy walk to downtown restaurants. The unit was amazingly clean, reminded me of my grandmother's house.
It checked all my ski vacation boxes. Kids bedroom, highly functional kitchen, easy parking, easy access hot tub (with excellent dry off in a sauna option), easy access to skiing (see below), easy access to town/restaurants/bars, and affordable. We had a little snafu with check in, I thought there was a key on site, but we had to get a key at a local rental agency, which is a bit of a minus, but thankfully they stayed open late to let us swing by the office. One thing I didn't realize is that there really aren't ski in or ski out units in Sun Valley itself (warm springs has some true ski in and ski out). It is a short enough walk to the lifts at River Run that you can definitely walk from this condo to the lift (this condo is about as close as you can stay to a lift in Ketchum/Sun Valley itself), but we ended up driving (embarrassingly like a quarter mile) because it's a bit too far to walk with kids. Yes there is are several shuttle buses, but coordinating that with kids is also a relative no go. So I highly recommend this unit just know you still have a little walk to lift and to town, but it's a great combo of both.
Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bath in Ketchum. 10 minute walk to chair lift at River Run lodge. 6 minute walk to Main Street and all the shopping and restaurants. Clean, cozy, and comfy and will want same condo on next visit to Sun Valley.
What a wonderful location for our white Christmas ski trip! Very quiet complex. Super comfy king size bed in primary bedroom. Amazing gas fireplace!
This condo is located next to the river, but is still close to downtown. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, but the twin beds in the other bedroom were too soft. The check-in process was more involved than we expected. We had to go to a property manager’s office. The name of the place was provided but not the address, so we had to look it up on the Internet. When we got to the office, there was some confusion on their part as to our reservation, so it took a while to check in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Great location. Very comfortable beds, living area, deck, and pool. A few feet from the greenway and a short walk to downtown. I would rate it higher, but the check in process was a pain. The unit was not ready on time and you still need to pick up a physical key from an offsite management company. Overall, great unit. I’d suggest installing ceiling fans for summer months since there’s no AC.
