Stayed Oct 7, 2023Very clean place with comfortable beds. The washer and dryer look brand new and worked great! We would highly suggest this spot. It’s close to the general store. Very easy to bike everywhere!

Stayed Jul 28, 2023Don't think this is a 7 minute walk to the beach as advertised, more like 20. The house does need some updates, the back porch is old and there are a few hardwood pieces loose on the floor. The biggest problem was the air conditioner, it states not to set under 71. Around 3pm everyday we were there, it reached 77 degrees in the house and wouldn't cool down til around 8pm. It is very nice they allow pets, and it doesn't smell bad at all. I did have some questions during my stay, and the staff was excellent about answering the questions. It is a good location in Palmetto Dunes, and the shuttle will pick you up and take you to Dunes house for free, which was a great service.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023As soon as we walked in the door we felt at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare easy meals as we did not want to fuss too much with meal preparation. We had excellent prompt service from Hilton Head Properties with a few minor repairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 7, 2023The kitchen was well stocked for the cooks in your group, plenty of all needed supplies. Size of the place is good for 4 people for a short stay. Note this is an inside unit and the outdoor space is very cozy with the neighbors. The maintenance team was reponsive to a couple of items that needed addressed.
