Best place! So grateful to be able to stay again at our favorite condo on Passagrille. So convenient and great amenities. Host Quynh consistently goes over an above making sure you have what you need for your visit. Recently remodeled after the 2014 Hurricanes assaulted....love the new updates. Highly recommend

This is our third time staying in this condo as a family of four. Our kids are getting older (3&5), and while a second bedroom would be nice, we did not feel cramped at all. We always appreciate Quynh’s communication and attention to detail to make every part of the trip easy. We know this area got hit hard from the hurricane last year, but things are back in business, and the updates in this condo make it even more comfortable than before. We love that we are able to use Uber from the airport to get to the condo and then walk or take the free shuttle anywhere we want to go. This time we used the Sun Runner in addition to the free shuttle (bring cash for tips) to catch a ride to the St. Pete Pier.If you’re on the fence about giving this spot a try, just go for it! We already can’t wait to visit again, and we know we will book this same condo again because it has been a 10/10 all three times. The host clearly cares about the property and making sure guests have a comfortable stay with easy communication.

The condo was amazing. It was clean and cozy and had all the amenities you can need. The beach was across the street. The the pool was nice too. The owner was amazing to work with, and we will definitely be back.

Repeat guest- we love staying at Quynh's condo because of location, amenities (cable, internet, parking pass, 2 new TVs w firestick, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc). We have limited mobility and this is perfect for distance ofparkingto1stfloor..Qand from condo to pool

Loved the appointments the property offered. Just one thing; we killed two large roaches during our stay.

We arrived the day after a tropical storm hit and we never would have known! We have vacationed in Quyhn's space several times and have always felt right at home, she is easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We always enjoy the coffee selections while staying in the cozy condo and the proximity of the beach can not be beat! Quyhn supplies everything you need for a day at the beach as well as a supplied kitchen for cooking meals. We always enjoy our time here!

We had a ten day stay with our children, ages 2 and 3. We were late to request an early check in, but Quynh was very fast to respond and was able to accommodate our request. We had a couple of very minor issues (broom that broke when we used it, no water to the building for a couple hours one day), and we are 100% pleased with how Quynh took care of things and communicated. The condo was clean, quiet, and well stocked for our stay. We love having such a short walk to the beach and restaurants as well as the first floor pool access and patio with small kids. We can’t wait to return next year!
