Part of the Island Inn community located just one and a half miles from the center of Oak Bluffs, this vacation rental is close to golfing at the Farm Neck Golf Club, picnicking and sandcastle-building on the beach, and plenty of nearby shopping and dining options. Regardless of what season you visit, you'll have no shortage of family-friendly ways to fill your vacation days.
This ground-floor condo features a lovely back patio with a table and chairs, perfect for dining al fresco in the warm ocean breeze. The cozy living area invites you to put your feet up while you browse the cable channels on the flatscreen TV or use the WiFi to plan the next day's adventures. If you get hungry, put together a meal or a quick snack in the well-appointed kitchenette, which includes a two-burner electric stovetop, a full-size fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker, plus silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils.
Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I found this place by sheer luck last year. We had some minor issues last year with things broken or not cleaned. Manager at the time took immediate care to fix and clean everything. I knew at the time covid was ending and it was tough to get workers. But they righted the ship and the stay was great. This year we choose the same building and got the end unit. Great clean place. The workers I saw never stopped and were friendly from the day I checked in until we left. Can’t beat location either. Already getting ready to secure next year.
We loved the suite and found it had everything we needed. The noise from the unit above us was very loud however. The outside grounds are really spacious. Overall we had a great stay in that unit

Highly recommend this property. This is a fantastic location. Close to everything, amazing restaurant (with kid/family fun) on site, pool, playground, firepits, tennis, space to play, etc! Only warning - the walls and ceilings are paper thin. If you have small children with early bedtimes, check to make sure there are not any events going on as the noise carries clearly from the event center into the residential units, and quiet hours aren't until 10pm.
The room was not ready on time. When the cleaning people were queried they were rude. There was no patio privacy as it was a plantation condo style. The people upstairs were up all night and with poor soundproofing so were we. The layout of the half wall around two beds next to the living room was odd. You had to listen to Nomans pa system(next door restaurant) while outside. Poor choice.
We enjoyed the proximity to Oak Bluff beaches and town. The restaurant (Nomans) and grounds next door was very nice! Our room was maintained, cleaned, and stocked nicely. The main bathroom was pretty cramped but did the job for 3 guests. The parking was a little far for loading and unloading luggage through gravel paths. Not a deal breaker though. The Vacasa company was very responsive before, during, and at the end of our brief stay. We would consider this location again.
Our stay was perfect. I am getting married in the Vineyard next year and wanted to show my friends the venue. We had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable and the place was super clean. We really enjoyed going over to Normans for lunch and drinks at night.
Very clean, helped with suitcases, nice pool area. Cleaned room and added towels everyday. Room was very nice. Internet is strong. Lot of kids on bikes running out of control. On ground floor could hear kids running around upstairs. Next door NoMans has great gift shop but food is worst than McDonalds. No insect’s on site. No view other than pool. All we could find, next time will try harder for Edgartown.
I am all about being pets on vacation but if they are barkers I would not bring them to a resort. Spent most afternoons listening to the neighbors dog barking and scratching at the door
Our stay at Island Inn was perfection. From Nomans restaurant to the comfortable rooms to the location between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown, this was the perfect resort for our mini vacation!
