Charming condo with incredible views, pools & hot tub - steps from beach

We have everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic and so weee the views. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is some minor things, like the bedroom furniture being too large for the room and hard to get around, and some things looking very worn/old. Overall a great stay.

There were no trash bags and the floors were dirty. But the view was great and check in was easy.

Clean and plenty of towels and bedding. Great view of the beach from the balcony, spent lots of time out there! 3rd floor no elevator was tough but worth the view and comfort!!

1. The excessive amount of mold over the microwave when I addressed it the answer I got was concerning. Oh so just over the microwave? Maintenance knew of problem and did not address it? 2. The entire home after an hour being in the home my grandkids feet were very dirty the floors had not been cleaned or they did a poor job of it. 3. The chairs in the dining room could use a hood Magic Clean eraser wipe down they were filthy. 4. Turned the dishwasher on at 10:00 am sounded as if we’re running came back to condo at 2:00 fisher we’re filthy and it was dry as a bone. We had to hand wash the dishes. 5. The outside maintenance for all the hand rails along the stairs could use a cleaning and paint. 6. The water bugs were ALOt a little disturbing. 7. Nice location 8. King bed was comfortable the two twins were very cheap. 9. I do not live in the conditions of the weather so maybe the mildew and mold is a regular thing? Not for me!

Like the location. Away from the busy area but not to far from anything.

Three nights for a mother/daughter trip and the process was effortless.

We loved the condo itself, the view was amazing, and the location was perfect. Our only complaint about cleanliness was the floors were covered in sand when we first got there. I wasn’t worried about it though because it’s expected when you’re at the beach. Also, we figured out 1 bathroom between 5 people was a struggle but other than that our stay was perfect! 10 times out of 10 we would stay again!

Nice clean condo facing the Gulf. Very roomy and comfortable. Unit is on third floor with no elevator. Keep this in mind if anyone in your party has health issues.

From the looks of the pictures , you’d be happy to stay here. Unfortunately, as soon as you walk in - it smells like a camp. Smells old and has an odor. But I thought I could get past that. The bathroom smelled like a bathroom - not fresh and clean . Smelled like urine . As our stay continues , we continue to be disappointed. There was no linens for the pull out sofa. The amount of stains on the sofa bed was aweful. When I asked for linens , they declined. Most of the dishes were not clean.they did not provide adequate cooking supplies that a normal condo would. The hot water heater is extremely small.do not expect to take a bath in a warm tub as the hot water runs out - also there is no stopper the tub for the water. The icing on the cake for my family , the a/c would kick off and turn to 74 in the middleOf the night. We would wake up sweating . When I message the host they told me sorry they do that to control energy . I have never heard of this - never paid for a residence and they control the ac . I understand that some residents have pest and insects- but this room has roaches . So overall I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again

Loved the pools and hot tubs

The people around us were very nice I would come back soon.

First the cleanliness of this condo was not to my standards. The dishes, cups and utensils had dried food all over it. Everything I used had to be washed first. Also the dishwasher was gross and full of food. When I opened it a bunch of gnats flew out. The master bed was like sleeping in a soft hole. I could tell that this mattress at one time was very nice, however it needs to be replaced. Also in the master bedroom the blinds were broken and there was no curtains. The sunrises on that side so at 6 am it was super bright. The view was awesome. Overall we had a great time. There are a few things that need to be fixed but I would stay here again if the cleaning issue was taken care of.

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo was a great fit for our family. Beds were very comfortable. Washer worked great and got a lot of use. Great views. We loved the pools. Very good experience, would come back.
