Location! Location! Location! Can't beat the location of this rental! It's within walking distance to Duval and Mallory Square. We basically kept our car in the parking spot (provided) and walked everywhere.The house is a bit dated but served its purpose. We had plenty of room to sleep, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and 2 bathrooms. There was a sleep sofa bed in the living room as well. The window A/C units were sufficient to keep us cool at night.We were provided with plenty of towels for the bathroom as well as the beaches. They also provided plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels and soaps/shampoos. We did not need to go to the store to replenish anything in our 3 night stay.A couple of things worth noting: there is no washer/dryer or a dishwasher. Those weren't important to us to make a decision on the place. The internet worked great!Why a 4* not a 5? Like I said, it's a bit dated. The living room can use new furniture for sure. It smelled a little musty/damp, maybe a de-humidifier would fix that. Also, a couple of our towels seemed dirty, but thankfully, we had plenty to choose from.I would definitely return and rent this place. Its proximity to everything was ideal!

For the price and location this house was a good deal, but the house itself needs some updating. There is no railing for the stairs and the brackets holding the window air conditioners are rustic badly and if one of them falls out of the window while you're exiting you would be crushed. The house was clean and the bathrooms were updated and work very well.

The place was only a block from Duvall so easy to get to all the fun stuff while also being on a quiet street for relaxing away from the crowd.

It was a nice quiet place. The house was the perfect size and had no issues whatsoever. Location to having kitchenware, small appliances was worth it compared to a hotel. I will definitely rent this place again!

We loved our stay here. We enjoyed reading about the history of he home. Perfectly located in town. Easy access to everything and a beautiful place to say while we enjoyed Key West.

The property was as described and the location was perfect. Two blocks from Green Parrot, one block from Duval. Beds were comfortable however one of the AC units in one bedroom was underperforming, might need to be recharged.

The bungalow is clean, bright and airy.I had a great trip and would book again for my next visit.

First time in the Keys and we spent 2 days and 2 nights in Key West.

I loved the location and the home. Trying to contact the manager was challenging. I would email them through both Vacasa and Vrbo but they would get back to me after 24 hours or not at all.

The location is awesome, beautiful area and very close to Duval, Schooner Wharf, the ferry terminal etc.

We wish we could've stayed longer. Lovely space, very conveniently located.

Only one block from Duval and centralized to visiting either side. Home was clean, everything worked as it should and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Easy walking distance to Duval st . Extremely pleased with the kitchen update that the pictures don’t reflect, it has a sink and stove inside this unit . Loved the large porch for morning coffee

This is the best place I have ever been in Key West. Very modern, clean, all amenities. Very spacious and simply amazing. Very closed to Duval and where everything is happening. We loved the place and will definitely rent it again.

This condo was the perfect place to stay. It is located in a great neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and a short walk to Duval Street. The parking space in the back of the unit is also a plus. The condo has two nicely renovated bathrooms. Previous reviews stated the lack of kitchen items. The kitchen does have a large sink as well as stovetop. There is also a four piece dish set and stainless flatware as well as various kitchen appliances. One item to mention….the unit is well lit outside, however; the bedroom blinds do not filter out the light. If you are light sensitive, you may want to bring a sleeping mask.

The location of this home is perfect! Everything is about a 6 minute walk. It is a quiet street. You don't hear neighbors or anyone connected. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be reserving this location for future visits!

The location was perfect. We rented bikes through Eaton and the location of the apartment was within a short walk or bike ride. Having a parking space was such an amenity in that area as well. The place itself was cute and clean. We loved the shower and the sitting room.
