Stayed Aug 18, 2025The pool was great. Our only real complaint was the stairs. We are not spring chickens so our knees and hips didn't appreciate the constant up and down stairs. Weirs Beach, though not far, is a hike up a steep hill. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Looking for a great, reasonably priced stay in Weirs Beach/Laconia? Well, this is it. Close proximity to much of what the region has to offer, including but not limited to Gunstock, Weirs Beach, Kellerhaus, FunSpot, Laconia, Meredith, the railroad, etc. Close to community amenities like the pool. You can’t go wrong. Nice in-condo features as well. Highly recommended.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Location, location, location. Condo was in the right spot. It is a hop, skips, and a jump to Weirs Beach, Fun Spot, and Meredith. It is right there in the front of the complex. Easy to get in and out. Condo was clean and ready for the stay. Also, great blueberry cake awaiting for us. Pool located right outside the door. Kids loved it. All the cooking equipment needed to stay in and make a good meal. All information that was needed was there. I would highly recommend staying there. Owners responsive.
