Charming Coastal 2BR Villa, GOLF CART, Cozy Sunroom, Near Beach, Pool, Wharf.

ROACHES come out at night! And the property smells terrible. The property and area is beautiful but the smell takes your breath away and my kids were too afraid to sleep alone due to the giant cockroaches that come out at night that you can’t kill even when flattened. The golf cart is an awesome feature.

Beautiful home on Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort grounds. The golf cart died while driving it, but Beach Blue (property mgmt company) responded immediately and was able to get the golf cart operating again. The home was decorated so well and was very cozy with all the essentials of home available for guests. The golf cart makes it so easy to get back and forth to the beach, hauling just about anything you need in a single trip. Beds were very comfortable, and the property layout was perfect. Lots of space and comfy furniture to lounge and spend time as a family. We would absolutely stay at this home again when traveling to Miramar Beach.

We enjoyed our Mother/Daughter trip.The house was well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We enjoyed the open floor plan with all the windows.

Beautiful, well appointed property. Perfect location, close to the pool, nice use of golf cart for convenience, and our family really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the golf course. The perfect stay. We come to Destin every year and this will be our go to spot moving forward.

This was out 5th year visiting the Sandestin resort but first at this property and we loved it!

We had an issue upon arrival with an odor that appeared to be smoke and or a pet smell. The host IMMEDIATELY addressed with an ozone generator which worked very quickly and quite effectively. Other than that, the house was well equipped (including beach chairs & umbrellas) and comfy. The resort was excellent in terms of location & amenities. We used the gym & the lap pool daily. The beach access was easy, and the Beach was a 10/10! We enjoyed the golf cart for putting around and getting to our locations on the resort. Overall, a good experience!

We enjoyed our time. Everything was very pleasant and accurate as described.

The only thing we needed were a few extra blankets since it got chilly while we were there. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed. The golf cart was fantastic. The neighbors were super nice and friendly. They gave us a dinner recommendation and it did not disappoint.
