Stayed Aug 13, 2023Lovely, quiet setting in a pretty condo neighborhood. We loved the patio overlooking Oyster Pond, complete with rocking chairs! A short walk to the spacious and well maintained pool, and a short drive to own. Some of the best Chatham restaurants, Pate's and The Chatham Cut, are within short walking distance, and there are sidewalks on the main road.We did not take advantage of the tennis courts, but those are a great option. We loved the sunny, well stocked eat in kitchen and the charming, comfy iving room, with it's generous selection of books. A very comfortable stay!

Stayed Jul 24, 2023Thanks so much to our hosts for sharing their wonderful condo/home in Chatham with us beautifully furnished and decorated- we immediately felt at home. The property , 17 acres, is beautifully landscaped and maintained - the tennis courts , the boardwalk out to the pond, the salt water pool, the lovely patio all were exceptional. This rental vrbo was the best equipped I have ever stayed in, which is much appreciated when you are traveling from out of state.thanks again to the owners . Stayed Jul 9, 2023We loved the condo and the surrounding area of the pond and pool. The house was as advertised and very comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely come back! The only negative was we don’t know how to use a smart tv and there were no instructions. They would be helpful. Thanks for a wonderful week!
