The Space:

The building will be undergoing roof work from April 13 through mid-May 2026. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with noise typically beginning around 8:00 AM.

-Guests staying during this time may experience some weekday daytime noise. Weekday pricing has been adjusted to reflect this.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, complemented by island-inspired decor, a private bathroom, a walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV, creating a perfect sanctuary after a day of aquatic adventures. The guest bedroom offers two twin-size beds and an adjacent guest bathroom accessible from the hallway. Prepare your culinary creations in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with elegant granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room is furnished with a comfortable queen sofa sleeper, a flat-screen TV, and a step-out balcony. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are included in the condo, along with complimentary Wi-Fi.

The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7. This ocean side condo is only 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Sanctuary. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available its not surprising that the cuisine of the keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

Getting around the Florida Keys typically requires a car. Ocean Pointe is conveniently located approximately 70 miles south of Miami International Airport, which is about a 2-hour drive. The Southern Most Point in Key West is roughly a 2-hour drive from the property.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: We welcome children! For their safety, we've equipped the condo with child-friendly features, but it's not entirely childproof. Adult supervision is required at all times. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. Marina reservations are essential and managed by First Service Residential; contact them in advance. Boats up to 28 feet are permitted, with required insurance ($300,000 liability, $100,000 property damage). Jet-powered watercraft are not allowed.
