Property was exactly as described! Very clean, a short walk to the beach, plenty of hot water, decently comfortable beds. Had just about everything you need - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. The only negative is the couch isn’t very comfortable. Everything else was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed here for four days. The condo is very lovely. This was our first time staying in Long Boat Key. We were glad to be close to Coquina Park as I couldn’t get to the beach on the property because I have to use a cane or walker. We would stay there again because of the condo itself.

This is our second time staying at the property though last time we were in the other unit. Highly recommend for a quiet, beach vacation.

The host was very accommodating.New king mattress needed in main bedroom and deep cleaning throughout. Location in a very nice area with a quiet beach experience. WiFi needs updated.

We had a wonderful experience again at this unit. A few changes post hurricane, but all good! The new couch is comfortable and the fresh white paint looked great. Check in was easy and communication with property owner was quick. We loved the pool and beach and look forward to coming back.

Our family enjoyed this rental. The location on Longboat is perfect and very easy to get to either Sarasota, Anna Marie Island or just a few steps to the beach. The washer/dryer on site and two grills were perfect! The rental was clean and the Air Conditioner was perfect. We had a great time!

Intimate cabana. Well stocked with necessities like kitchen, bath, bath and beach towels etc. Clean and comfy. Could’ve used a little extra space to store clothing in bedrooms.

Overall our stay was very good. We had a few issues after check in but contacted host right away and she got back with us right away. The condo is perfect and very quiet. Walk to the beach is short and we just love walking on Longboat Key beaches. We have already booked for next year.

We had a nephew get married at The Resort at Longboat Key. We rented #8 and #9 and it was perfect for our family. The beach area was great and private. Beach had chairs for us and condo had some chairs, an umbrella and some beach toys for the kids. Some good restaurants close.

It was great for what we wanted. 2 minutes to beach and very quiet. Lots of information in condo. No problems at all.

The unit was very cute and had all the supplies you will need. The location was great - short walk to the beach. There are restaurants near by and a grocery store. The only negative was the pool was very dirty.

This property is a small group of spaces that accommodate different sized parties. There were three in our group although our unit could bed 6, potentially. This was an excellent location! 60 second walk to the beach without crossing a street. Note: All vacation rentals on Gulf of Mexico drive with odd numbered addresses are on the beach side directly. Our bungalow was clean, had supplies for washing clothes, had a washing machine and dryer, dishes, coffee maker and cookware. We did a combination of eating out and cooking “at home”. Is a pretty quiet location considering it’s on a main road, basically the only road through the island. Beach chairs, umbrella, and very little neighbor activity at a private beach. I think we saw maybe 30 people on the beach. We are returning here. My only regret posting this is that others will now know it exists.

Our must have was an easy access to the beach, and this place definitely had that. Great for 2-3 people, but our family of 5 felt a little cramped. Wish there was more closet space or shelves and more comfortable seating in a living room.

Our stay was perfect! Everything we needed was in the unit and the communication with the owner was great. Can't wait to visit again soon.

Location was very good. Considering the storm damage and repair in progress our stay was peaceful.

April is an awesome time to visit. The beach felt like a private beach. The units were clean and well maintained.

Cute small condo in a great location. Host was easy to work with and property was clean. Only issue was parking. Half the time there were no parking spaces available and we only had one car.

Clean and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. We would stay again.

My wife and I stayed for two nights with our toddler and infant. I meant to book a place with walk out access to the beach which I thought this room appeared to be from the listing images but it actually has a parking lot and other buildings between the room and the beach so you cannot see the beach from your room which was a little disappointing. The beach itself was great and it was nice not to have to cross the highway with kids. The interior cleanliness was 5 stars but the exterior of the property was in very poor condition. I see now from other reviews that the water temperature does not work properly in the shower which has not been addressed yet and I informed the host of the same. The shower only ran very hot or too cold with no in between comfortable temperature so we had to bath the kids with wipes and wash clothes which obviously you do not expect at this price point. Check with management before booking for water issue being fixed but otherwise this is a nice location and gorgeous beach with great interior design :)

Cute little cottage with 2br, 1ba. Very clean, close to the beach. Lots of supplies for the beach. Could use softer towels in bathroom and perhaps some instructions on the shower as it was quite hot on any setting. Prior communication was slow but once there was pretty attentive.
