Stayed Jun 28, 2024This place was perfect for our small family. Great location to everything and it has a super easy parking space in a safe lot right around the corner. Check in instructions were clear and the host is super responsive. The boardwalk, beach and restaurants are all a quick 5 minute walk away. Condo has everything that you’ll need and then some! I’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 23, 2024Pros - Great location. Just far enough off the boardwalk to be quiet at night, but close enough to walk down anytime. Newly renovated. Washer/dryer. Nice outdoor deck sitting area. Cons - 3rd floor apartment so 2 flights of fairly narrow steps. Street parking but does have offsite parking a few blocks away. Coffee table subs for dinner table.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023The property was great and in a perfect location for our family. It was a little tight with three kids but we made it work. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. Loved the balcony!

Stayed Sep 23, 2022We came in for a friends wedding which was down the road in strathmere. The location is right by the boardwalk, the owner was very communicative and accommodating! I found Ubers were fairly easy to get as well, I would absolutely stay here again!!

Stayed Sep 4, 2021Great location, close to everything - beach, shopping, grocery store, restaurants. Cute apartment, nicely decorated, quiet. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and provided everything needed. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2021We truly enjoyed the Cozy Cottage. It is a short walk to the boardwalk and the downtown shopping area. The owner was very quick to reply to an questions and seemed genuinely excited to have us as guests. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 25, 2021Christa was amazing and on top of everything! The location was downtown and easy walks to anywhere we wanted to go! She even made a binder full of lots of great information that was very helpful! I would definitely rent from her again!
