When you want to head into town, don't hesitate to check out the delicious restaurants, art exhibits, and shops on Palm Canyon Drive. Not to mention, a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park is under 30 miles from home base!

THINGS TO KNOW
-This home only allows minimum night stays of 29 nights or longer. This is enforced by the County and we cannot make any exceptions. However, For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact us for more information.
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is 500 dollars for 28 nights with 125 dollars added for each additional week the guest stays.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

    We had a great stay at the Folded Plate rental in Palm Springs for the month of November. We would highly recommend it for anyone wishing to stay in a classic mid-century modern home.

    Interesting to be able to enjoy spending time in a home with Mid Century roots.The bent-plate roof and clerestory widows made the space feel light filled but no glare. WC

    Loved this property, very clean and lots of amenities, Unit was in great condition and nice perk to have a fireplace in the back yard. Would definitely stay here again

    This updated, immaculate condo is beautiful and has the best location in all of Imperial Park South. The pool and spa is right outside the door. The outdoor space is fantastic at the back of the condo. Fire table bonus! Everything you need is there. Including toiletries. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is because this unit has a max temp of 68 and Jan 2023 was unusually cold. The original windows to maintain historic integrity (which I admire) just don’t retain heat that well. I expect that normally this is not an issue at all.

    The house itself was great - comfortable and well stocked. Great location near the pool. The only BIG drawback was the north laundry room. One washer (out of 2) never worked and it was filthy. The screen was broken and debris inside and out. The management company (not Vacasa) was worthless.
