What a perfect place to stay Great, quiet neighborhood, fabulously appointed kitchen Close to old town, 20 minutes from downtown, near Trader Joe’s, Safeway and Chapparel Park is around the corner Comfy bed, sofa and sleeper/sofa Owner provided directions for everything and was readily available I would definitely stay here again!! Not too big, not too small Just right

This condo is as advertised. The location is great close to grocery and Old Towne. Be sure to eat at Bessies Nashville kitchen while in Old Towne we had never eaten there before. The ambience and food were excellent. I have no affiliation to this restaurant just saying we enjoyed it. Canadace was easy to contact. and we hope to stay in the future

Candice is the best host I have experienced on VRBO in over 11 years of using the service. She is very attentive to making your stay the best. The condo was spotless in an older quiet development with friendly neighbors. Located only 3 miles from the heart of Old Town it is an excellent choice for travelers. It's not fancy but Candice has done a nice job on remodeling and decorating the apartment. I would definitely stay here again. David

I had an amazing few days staying in this condo. The owner provides a lot of photos, but the condo has much more to offer. Location was important to me. This condo is extremely close to Scottsdale attractions… fashion sq mall and restaurants. As far as amenities, this condo has it all. The kitchen has absolutely everything you can need for cooking, etc. I truly appreciate the condo having a full size washer / drier I will definitely stay here again when I visit Phx

Could not have asked for a better property to rent for our stay in Scottsdale. Location, property and amenities were better than 5 star. Beautiful pool area, great areas to walk our dog, cozy accommodations- felt like home. Candice could not have been more pleasant. Timely and accurate communications. Hope to come back. I will preface this review as COVID-19 definitely played a roll in our experience. Excited to find this little gem so close to walking paths & Old Town Scottsdale. Unfortunately we had to walk away from our ‘lovely spot’ in Scottsdale a month early from our 2 month stay, being asked to return home to Canada. After the new policies set out by VRBO the owner offered us a refund equal to 3 days rent from the 28 days we were unable to use, as compensation... not an easy time for either of us....

Lovely property. Only reason for the 4 star on description is because we would have loved the pool to be heated a bit. We’re told the heating is only put on after 3 consecutive days of 70 F or better temps.... we never got that so no heat! Even for sturdy Canadians we couldn’t do it! Candace was excellent re: responsiveness and information. I would like to comment that we have booked several VRBO properties and this one is the best re: amenities. No need to buy coffee filters, salt, pepper, other spices etc. Even garbage bags!!! That made it so much easier to just settle in and enjoy the time there. Highly recommend Sedona and Grand Canyon. The picture of the “patio” does not do it justice- it’s a lovely little area and we enjoyed it almost daily. Appreciate all that Candace did in ensuring our stay was great. Nice fluffy towels and the bottle of wine was appreciated. Would stay again.

Very comfortable and convenient to shopping and touring. Great location for day trips to Tucson, Taliesin West and Fountain Hills. If you like to walk go to the nearby Chaparral Park for a lovely paved surface. Decor is superb. Two thumbs up!
