Charming Beachfront Getaway in a Prime Location - Spanish Key 705

I am leaving an honest review because people are counting on reviews to be factual and not that everything is perfect. The condo was clean, welcoming and the balcony view was exceptional. The main bedroom shower was huge and a highlight for us. Kitchen was well stocked. Condo is well located and is walking distance to Florabama. Balcony table and chairs are showing wear. LR furniture chairs are sun faded and sofa/loveseat have stains on front of cushions and need cleaned. Kitchen cabinets are supposed to have a distressed look but around the knobs it just appears as heavy wear and tear. Guest bathroom door made very loud creaking sound if you tried to close it completely. Maintenance man replaced toilet flapper and said someone else would come back to replace door hinge but it didn't happen. Curtains would have been nice on sliding door and not have to use a roll-up hurricane door as a sun screen. The condo is nice and should be considered for rental but in our opinion is not a 5 star rating.

The condo is beautiful and clean! I would recommend taking toilet paper with you if you stay more than a few days. They only leave 1 roll in each bathroom.

There are a lot of nice things to say about our room having had 8 ladies staying in it. One thing for sure is that the ice machine kept up with our needs, and there were enough chairs and seating that everyone could be together at meal time or watching our home team football game on TV. The kitchen was well stocked but could have had some better cooking utensils. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony when not on the beach. The room was clean and we’d stay here again. Now some things that didn’t meet par. The bedroom with 2 queen beds was large enough for 4 people, but being 4 adults staying there caused luggage overload because the closet was locked. Also, the first bed squeaked the entire time even if just moving a toe. The Master bedroom bathroom door kept coming off the track which was a danger, because it took 2 people to fix it each time. The dining chairs’ legs are almost all falling off, you need to fit these or buy some new ones. The guest bathroom has nowhere to put your belongings when using it. Maybe a little stand, as well as a wall of GOOD hooks so you can hang towels or whatever since this is the bathroom the larger room uses. Since I didn’t stay in any of the other bedrooms, I can’t really tell you about them and no one said anything. We had friends in another condo in this same Facility and their room was gorgeously updated, along with current decor and furnishings, and was less expensive than ours.

Had a great getaway! The place was immaculate ,exactly like the pics. Beach was steps away. Highly recommend!

My family of 5 stayed at this condo for spring break. The condo was very nice and exceptionally clean. It was in a perfect location. We were able to walk down to the beach with ease since it is a beachfront property. The check-in process was flawless and the property manager kept in contact with us throughout our entire trip. We had an amazing trip!

Very comfortable and spacious for a family of 5. Beautiful views of the beach, and easy access to the beach.

We booked the condo as a family beach trip and enjoyed our time. It was clean and everything was convenient. Beach wasn’t crowded and we had a great trip!
