I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was spectacular to have an oceanfront room just steps from the beach. There was some storm damage and erosion from the hurricane but it didn't impact our view or access. There were landscapers on site actively cleaning up the brush. Our unit was completely remodeled and sparkling clean.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023My wife and I had an amazing time in Longboat Key while staying at Silver Sands. Our unit was awesome the back screened-in porch had a path right onto the beach. Upon walking into the unit there was a nice clean smell. Everything was tidy. The room came with pretty much everything you needed for a nice getaway. I highly recommend staying in one of the two rooms that lead right onto the beach it was absolutely perfect. All of the staff was accommodating and very friendly. I also loved that the beach wasn't overcrowded in this area.

THe room was clean and stocked, but I feel for the price we should have received new game!towels everyday.We also had to mop up the water overflowing in the drain for the air conditioner and the TV in the bedroomwasn't working properly but the did come in and fix it the next day. We also loved the putt-putt
