Charming and bright 1 br 1 b condo

Great family stay with 2 kids. Unit is close to stairs, making it very manageable to get to pool and beach, parking and the little store. All while still being a very quiet unit, great communication from host.

Very well kept condo. The owners take care of the place and I would definitely stay there again given the opportunity. Thanks for a great stay!

The Host, Luisa, was very responsive to make sure we had all questions answered and that we were well taken care of. The condo was very clean, cute decor and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed it!

This place was excellent. Great room overlooking the beach, quiet, everything we needed, the room had. Only problem we had was with the door lock. The owner Luisa was very helpful and very attentive...the door lock issue was resolved and the rest of the trip we had no problems. We definitely would stay again.

The ocean was a little chilly, but swimmable. The adult pool was heated and perfect. The hot tubs were lukewarm.

Comfy bed, great view, beautiful beach!

The condo has very amenity you could want or need! Location is perfect as you’re literally a few steps to the pool and the beach. Sonoran Sun is a great resort as well with a restaurant onsite and 3 pools and pool bar! Overall an amazing few days!

Great place! Really comfortable and quiet. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We stayed here 3 years ago and had so much fun we decided to book this place again!

Unit was great on the 2nd floor so really convenient. It is decorated very nice. We enjoyed the balcony, hot tub and walking the beach. Bed was comfortable had to pull out the softer pillows after first night. Only complaint was so dark at night for bathroom trips and I didn’t bring a night light. We enjoyed the location and sampled food at various restaurants. Since it was our first time to Rocky Point we just drove around to get a feel for the community. We will be back in the near future. I’m a fair weather type of person so the weather could have been warmer with more sunshine but since we can’t control that we will have to come back.

Condo was perfectly stocked and loction within the property was great. If your coffee drinkers like us bring some K cups. Highly recommended property.

My husband and I enjoyed this condominium. The decor was nicely done. Reminded me of Fools Rush In and that’s our favorite movie. Opening the patio doors on this 2nd floor condo and hearing the ocean waves was the white noise I needed. I didn’t want the outside busy/noise that you get from other hotel/condos and I was pleasantly pleased. At 7am all the workers are busy maintaining the spectacular pool area. The gym area is just steps away on the first floor. It was stocked with multiple new like machines. The food at the restaurant/bar in the facility was very good along with Diego's Tiki Bar which is located in the Esmeralda next door. Also it’s just a short hike to Wrecked at the Reef from the condo. Who’s menu has changed and now is basically bar food?
