Easy to work with the host. Place came as advertised. Great place to stay during a short weekend ski trip.

Great location for a ski vacation at Diamond Peak. Comfy and realxing enviroment. Host was very communicative and easily accesible if we needed an answer or info. Will rent again!!!

There are ski slopes within 15-30 mins. Great restaurants nearby. Grocery shopping is right down the road. Phone service isn’t great at the condo but there is WiFi. The condo is older and not updated. But it has everything you might need such as kitchen items. We wish more firewood would have been provided for the fireplace, so if you want to use the fireplace recommend buying your own to use.

Host was responsive, place was clean and essentials were fully stacked. It was very convenient for us. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tahoe! The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is conveniently situated near everything we needed—restaurants, groceries, and the lake. Communication with the owner was excellent; they were responsive, friendly, and made the check-in process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Condo was great. Perfect for two couples or I am sure a family of 4. Loft bedroom is super nice and spacious with its own bathroom. Easy parking and well marked condo numbers. Host was super communicative and sent us directions, parking pass and all info needed a few days before our stay.

No AC in unit but fans available

We had a wonderful time in our greatly situated condo! It had everything we needed to make our first trip out to Tahoe perfect! Our host super responsive, quiet neighborhood, stores and restaurants within walking distance. Within 30 minutes of close beaches to swim ad 10 for nice hikes! Great place to stay - thank you!

Really enjoyed my time in Incline Village. The condo was located within walking distance to food and fun. I found the place to be very comfortable. My only complaints would be some minor maintenance issues and that the check in check out book could be simplified a bit. I had a great time

Great place to stick my kids while I stayed with my parents in incline village. They loved it. It was nice that they had fans available to keep it cool and provide a little bit of white noise for sleeping

We had another great stay at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s also close to Diamond Peak, where we were skiing.

Had everything we needed for our short stay for a ski outing. The apartment is older but is well maintained and cozy. The communication with the hosts was very easy and pleasant.

This unit was a great location for us. Close to grocerys and snow. Checkin was super easy. We would stay here again.

Rental was clean and comfy. Had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Place does show a few wear and tear especially in the bathrooms but doesnt take away from the experience itself. Host was kind and responsive.

My brother and I are senior skiers. We come to the Lake Tahoe area to ski every year. We like to ski and cook. Our condo was fine for us, but my wife would disagree. She is a bit more particular than I. It is outdated and needs a little fixing up. Other than that, the location was really good and we had no real problems with our stay. Our host was very good with instructions, and there was no need to bother her. The condo is fine for two guys, but don’t bring wives.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very convenient for skiing at Diamond Peak. There is a shuttle stop very close by.

The property is in an excellent location, down the street from a shopping center with a grocery store and 16 minutes drive to Mt Rose. The condo was very cozy and served us well. The only downside was that the exterior lights (for the entire section of the condo) did not work which made it challenging when checking in. Using our cellphones to light the way while carrying luggage and avoiding ice and keeping my 78-year old mother safe was stressful. However, the owners were very responsive and tried their best to have the property managers fix the situation to no avail. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and Ann was an excellent host - very responsive and courteous! The property was perfect for our trip and ideally located to everywhere we wanted to go. Looking forward to staying here again!

The location was perfect for our stay, close to everything. The unit is spacious and comfortable except the beds were more firm than what we are used to. The carpet was in need of a cleaning and the porch furniture had to be cleaned before we got to appreciate the view of the spectacular setting. Cleaning crew needs to step up their game I'm afraid.

TV was about the size of a modern computer screen. Owner should upgrade a little throughout. It’s not a terrible place but then again not that great either.

Easy check-in, unit exactly as described, host was quick to response and was kind enough to allow us to store a few items in the refrigerator when we arrived early. Would stay again!

This place was quiet and cozy. You can walk to restaurants very easily and driving to other places like Kings Beach was simple.

The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional… helpful and immediately responsive throughout the rental process. The unit is quiet with nice decor and has a balcony to enjoy. Highly recommend!!
