Charming 3BR Colonial Condo at Wyndham Kingsgate

Very nice spot. Clean and had addition amenities

We didn't get to enjoy at lot of activities at the Resort as we went to Busch Gardens . We did however have some problems at the Condo which should be addressed for the Owners. The walk in shower was not used until the day we left (Sunday morning) when my daughter went to take a shower and when she tried to slide the door to the shower,, the glass (plexiglass-glass) fell down. We did call Customer service to address the issue. Also there was some outlets in the same room area that would not hold a plug as if they were too big. That may need to be lookedd into. The beds slept great, kitchen was great but you could tell this condo was older than the one we stayed in 3 months back.

Very well kept and roomy. Excellent location for visiting all of the historical sites.

The condo was not clean. When you walk into the hallway to get into your condo it smell musky and old. The furnishings, the walls are very outdated and old. The walls in the dining area had dried food on it and the curtains in the dining area had dark stains on them. The bed my husband and I slept in had black dirt or something that looked like it in it along with the sheets put on inside out. This condo really needs some upgrades along with a better cleaning crew. We ordered food one night from the bar by the pool area and for 42.00 it sure wasn’t worth the money. We had nachos and hot wings and the wings were so salty we couldn’t eat them and the nachos were soggy. We’ve stayed in hotels, condos and homes all over the world and this is the worst place we’ve ever stayed and I had to write the worst write up ever. To say I will never stay in any of your establishments again would correct nor will I recommend them to anyone. Please do better.

All was excellent. Facilities as advertised. Easy access to other activities. Rooms were great.

Comfortable beds, property is quiet and pretty. Loved the amenities like the arcade etc

We are a group of 7 women. We rented adjoining units and had plenty of space. This resort is very close and easy to get to all the major attractions in Williamsburg. Very clean and the staff is helpful. Just know that this is a timeshare resort. Although they wanted us to participate in a 90 minute presentation, they were not pushy. All in all, a great VRBO.

Enjoyed our stay, wish it was longer. Will be back, finding accommodations for 5 is not an easy task.

Not enough communication on what was included in the rooms Difficulty with check in. The lady at the check in desk was wonderful Did not appreciate the promotional pitch for time share

We had a vwry nice stay besides the heat. I do think another pool is needed as it was packed and maybe some more supervision as many guests did not clean up garbage and it ended up in the pool. We were hit multiple times by people throwing footballs also in the pool. Outside our rental property was a fork and a plastic bowl that was not picked up. Not a good first impression. Room was stocked well with kitchen supplies and towels. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Our room was missing a vacuum that we were told was suppose to be supplied by our Wyndham presentation. We had a problem with the TV and it was fixed promptly. Our overall stay was great.

We loved our stay at Kingsgate and will be back some day. Loved our location and all the amenities, even a FREE arcade for the kiddies.

Awesome place overall to stay. We were looking to break up our trip down to the outer banks and this ended up being a great place to stay a couple nights. Great value for the room, pools, arcade, etc. would def look to stay here again next trip down.

We had a great stay at Kingsgate. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds slept very comfortably. The resort had many great amenities and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We love this resort, and always look for a room on the property when we visit. The staff is great, and the amenities are enjoyable for the entire family. Will see you again next year!
