Stayed Jan 1, 2021The grounds at Beacon reef are great. They maintain it very well. The pool area, beach and dock were great. People there were very friendly. Our condo when we walked in smelled. Absolutely everything in the place needs to be updated. The kitchen faucet was loose, the refrigerator leaked water inside, had to put a pan on the top shelf to collect it. Also ants in the kitchen. The carpet had MANY stains. A lot of lightbulbs were out, some of the blinds didn’t work, some of the windows and both patio screens were very hard two slide. Dining room fan did not work. I would not stay in that unit again.
