Charming 2BR Colonial Condo at Wyndham Kingsgate

The property was great. Check-in was a breeze. The activities and amenities were perfect for our family--from pool time to mini golf. It was a really nice weekend for the family.

My husband and I enjoyed our vacation with our kiddos! We enjoyed Busch Gardens and Water country USA. The kids loved putt putt, smores, arcade and pool at the resort after busy walking days. The room is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Lots of activities on the property to do. Arcade, pool, mini golf. Our only dislike was the mattresa was worn.

Unfortunately, we stayed on the 1st floor below other guests who were very loud. It is an older building with very creaky 2nd floor floors. The family above is kids were jumping off of furniture and running around until almost midnight every night making it impossible to sleep. At one point it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Otherwise the place was older but very clean and the property was fun for having 12-14 year old kids with me. If I ever were to go back I would need to be on a second floor. Unfortunately, it wasn’t much of a vacation when you are unable to go to sleep due to noise. We all went home a bit sleep deprived.

We wanted a short stay due to family work schedules, but we also wanted somewhere close to Water Country USA. Kingsgate fit the bill. We had everything needed in a clean, comfortable rental. So much better than a hotel room and reasonably priced.

The room was so much better and updated than pictures and the amenities were awesome. Free arcade, putt putt and outdoor games. So much to do. And close to everything. The only thing is they did push you to listen to Wyndham sales pitch.

Loved the stay

We had a great time staying at the Wyndham Kingsgate. The location was perfect spot for being close to all the things we wanted to do while in Williamsburg. There was also lots to do on property--pool, arcade, evening activites. Our room had everything weneed to feel comfortable.

Extended weekend getaway was nice. Friendly staff who didn't push the timeshare talk. Williamsburg was actually busy but our stay was nice and quiet.

This was just what we needed! My mom and I spent two days in Williamsburg for our girls trip and staying here at Kingsgate checked all the boxes. The unit was nice and neat, the location was perfect and central for all our adventures and the staff was very friendly! I would absolutely recommend this place to family and friends and I would also stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Kingsgate! The apartment was a good size for our family of six-we appreciated the full kitchen, the comfy fold out couch bed, the mini golf and the pretty pond/fountain/ducks/geese view! It was convenient to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown.

Rooms were great! Wish we had more than one pan to cook in and my husband complained that the poolside bar didn’t open until noon. So no morning mimosas. Other than that, we really enjoyed our short stay.

Wonderful stay, beautiful property, perfect activities for family TVs need servicing and higher toilets would be greatly appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay in the suite. We felt right at home. There was enough room for our famy of five! The phone did not work from the start. We let the front desk know immediately. They sent up a technician, but he thinks the line needed to be replaced. I guess they were waiting for our stay to end. Cell phones were handy. The resort itself was very nice. We loved all of the amenities. The game room was a big hit. All in all, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Great place for a family to stay. Activities at this resort kept us busy. Adult pool was great for us since we dont have small children. Pickle ball/tennis courts, game room free, fitness center, gas grills, 10 min drive to Busch gardens & short drive to restaurants (Captain George's 5 mins)) We will definitely stay again :)

The booking part was not ideal. Waiting a two days for confirmation after you have already paid was inconvenient especially when booking close to dates needed. Communication with host was ok. Check in once we arrived was easy. We had several issues with our room. The staff did what they could to address it and could not have handled the issues any better. Very pleased with the staff. My kids played in the arcade after a long day at Water Country & B Gardens. We did not use the pool or any other amenities. We were on the 3rd floor but stairs were not an issue for anyone in our group. Location is perfect for anyone looking to stay near Water Country/ B Gardens.
