Stayed May 22, 2026This place is very nicely set up for dogs. The owner has been thoughtful in providing doggie snacks, a water and food bowl, a small crate, toys, and poop bags. Very nice. We were comfortable. Only setback was that the property did have a slight smell of cigarette smoke. I assumed the place was smoke-free, but the listing doesn't say so. It was slight--I have asthma and it didn't trigger an attack. And it probably goes well with hosting dogs, which we did NOT smell at all. A little confusion about where to put the trash but a neighbor was carrying his to a small unmarked building nearby and we saw that was it.We would stay here again, very helpful when someone has to travel with a pet.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025From start to finish, our four day stay was excellent! On short notice Sandra was professional and easy to contact. I frankly can’t understand the one critical review I read about her property. Well located in the heart of Summer fun of Hot Springs! The unit is well appointed and has a high end kitchen with every necessary. Lots of good extras in the pantry and a little coffee if you forgot it. Beds and linens were new and cozy. Highly recommended! AAA
