Stayed Feb 14, 2025Love the property! Beautiful loft apartment in n downtown Marion. The high ceilings and brick walls are great. Apartment is well stocked and makes for a comfortable stay.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024We stayed a few nights to visit our adult children who work at IWU. The space was clean and well appointed with furniture and the bedding was super comfortable!! We could have used a couple more bath towels. Bring your body soap and shampoo as this unit does not provide any(which is common for vrbo options). Coffee pot is for ground coffee so bring that. They had filters. It was warm and cozy. It had a cool urban vibe for a small town. It has two designated parking spots which is nice. Not much going on as far as businesses open within walking distance on the weekend. Host was very responsive. We brought one maintenance issue to their attention and they assured us it would be addressed for future visits. We will stay there again!
