Stayed Oct 13, 2025Water pressure was a little low, but IWU’s pressure is too. I am sure it’s the area. It was priced right and right by the campus our daughter goes to. Worked well for us. Will stay again.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were dropping our son off at IWU and the location couldn’t be any more convenient to the school (walking distance), stores and restaurants. Property was very clean and well appointed. Will definitely use again in the future.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025The Posh Pad was an ideal place for my family and me during our stay in Marion. The check-in process was hassle-free, and the well-equipped kitchen made it convenient for us to prepare meals. The location was also perfect for our needs, and I highly recommend staying there again.

We were able to check in very easily and have the amenities of home at our fingertips. We would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to others.
