This beautifully decorated townhome located in lovely Indian Rocks Beach offers a gated entrance, heated pool and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which can sleep up to 6 guest. The townhome has recently been updated. The bright and airy living room opens on to an adorable balcony that offers partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary suite has a king size and full bath. The guest bedroom has 2 Full beds and is adjacent to the second full bath. Enjoy a light breakfast or home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen.. The sunsets on this beach are simply breathtaking and you can watch them every evening easily because you are only steps away from the white sand and sparkling water s of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also stocked with all the beach accessories you will need to go and enjoy a day at the beach. Feel at home with two covered parking spots right in front of your private entrance. Enjoy the many wonderful restaurants and bars that are within walking distance.. You will also have a full size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your Spam folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (Psta) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked Trolley Stop locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: Insurance as listed in Homeaway/-- other charges will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

    The property was clean and well stocked. Location was perfect! A few, hopefully constructive suggestions. The silver ware is huge! Might be nice to replace with more normal size stuff. The decor is beachy, but way too much palm tree stuff - made us feel closed in. Removing some of it would give the condo a more spacious feel. I know this was our personal feelings, but thought I would pass it along anyway - please don't take offense. We had a lovely time!

    Close to beach, restaurants and basics. Served our needs very well. A location like this will never be the quietest, with Gulf Blvd fairly busy. We were a little unlucky with the weather and communications could have been a little better - the instructions to access the property could have just as easily have been emailed instead of having to be picked up from the office a few miles down the road.

    My family had a very pleasant stay at the condo, which is very tidy and homey. Located next to a lovely beach, it is also an easy stroll to IRB's restaurants and shops.

    Villa was well laid out, well stocked and very homey & comfortable. Its the best location on Gulf Blvd sitting right at the beach, no streets to cross! Shops reataurants & bars all within walking distance. The owner is very approachable

    The complex was maintained extremely well. Our unit was very nice and well maintained. No trip altering complaints about the unit/visit with the exception of the very loud street noise 24 hours a day as our unit was closest to Gulf Blvd. I'm from a big city, so I'm used to traffic noise 24/7, but sometimes the noise was too much even for me from the loud car stereos and street racers up and down the boulevard. Our stay was fun, but not very restful.

    We love the Indian Rocks area and have stayed in this condo complex in the past. This unit, however is 1) smaller than any of the others, 2) located next to the street and with older windows is very noisy and 3) there is too much decor and too much sticks out from the wall into the area needed to get around. If you need to get up in the night, be prepared to walk into a large mirror blocking the path or hit your head on some unnecessary shelves with Hawaiian trinkets on it. Also we had RED TIDE but that is no one's fault.
