Charming 1br Vacation Condo Walk to Beach and Downtown

Beach was easy walking distance, lots of dining choices! Reserved parking in Front of the condo was a BIG plus! Host was accessible and VERY helpful!!

The place was cute with the items we needed. Unfortunately, the secondary bed was absolutely horrible. It really should not be posted or considered a pull out bed. We ended up putting one of our children on the floor with blankets as it was more comfortable for them. The noise level was horrible with all of the work being done on nearby streets, but that is no fault of the host's. We loved being able to use a boogie board from the garage. Overall, it was a decent stay for what we needed.

Awesome spot! A super convenient location, coffee and food right across the street, as well as a variety of other options within walking distance. Beach views are a few blocks away, but beach (swimming/hang out access) is probably closer to a 20-30 min. walk if you have kids with you. Pull-out couch worked for our small kids, but I don't think an adult would have a good time sleeping on it for multiple days.

It was a lovely stay, and we liked the place. Very clean, great location. The host was very good at communicating minus one miscommunication at first, but it was very quickly remedied and we had absolutely no other issues after that. It was nice and quiet there and a perfect location to the beach. Just a bit of a walk to a quiet part of the beach that was really neat. It was also still a quick walk to the pier from there but we enjoyed the part we were closer to. The place worked for my husband, myself, my 7 year old daughter and 10 year old son. They slept on the pull out couch and the bed was very comfy. It had everything we needed too, including all the pots, pans, spices, etc. It was very comfortable!!

As we walked into the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and neat the apt was. All the instructions were clearly communicated about parking, getting through the front gate to the units, and the front door. They thought about all the little and big details. We had supplies for the full month we were there. One clue about the front door, to get in you put a code in, and that's it, but to leave, you also need to put a code in to lock it.. Don't assume it locks on it's own, We didn't figure this out until half way through our stay. The other thing to note is since we were there a month, we did more cooking then others might. The pans could use a bit of updating. They have lost their ability to be cooked in without adding oil or butter.

The condo was very convenient for walking to the beach which was across the tracks. It was close to a brewery, wine shop, and coffee houses. Our only negative would be how we felt like we were in a cave with no windows to even look at the sky outside. There was a courtyard but it was always in the shade and in January we were seeking sunshine!

Spent the night here for a wedding in Oceanside. Great location and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Easy check in/out process.

Firstly, the property is clean and well manicured. Not a lot of traffic in this area which is very nice. Right across the street is a coffee shop and a couple of eateries. The condo is quaint and clean. Completely accommodating. Khoi, thank you, for the body wash. I forgot mine! Kitchen is fully equipped. I didn’t use anything. There’s no air conditioner, but there are ceiling fans. Come bedtime I was a little warm, and had to end up closing the bedroom window because the neighbor was talking. Thankfully I still slept fairly well. The bed was comfortable. Oh, thank you, for allowing usage of the bikes! I went out for an early bike ride down by the water.
