Charming 1 Bedroom Condo on Gulf of Mexico Beach

The apartment was beautiful, clean, well equipped with kitchen and beach accessories. We loved everything about it. The construction was not bothersome at all, and the east side orientation was a blessing.

We had a pleasant stay. The condo was exactly as described. Would stay there again

The condo unit was very nice and clean. It is as shown on the VRBO website, no surprises. Had all amenities needed with fully equipped kitchen. Just bring your groceries desired. Although not a view of Ocean from the unit, there is a very nice view of the canal waterway for boat watching and dolphin sightings.

Great condo in a perfect location! Had everything we needed.

Shower faucet difficult to operate. Towels need replacing. Deadbolt doesn’t work from outside due to being painted over. No washer dryer in unit.

Pool was unavailable week days due to balcony repairs.

Price point was good. Construction annoying.Perfect sized rooms.Checked up on next stay and prices seemed jacked up..

Everything was fine except that the exit from the pool to the beach was closed due to construction.

The condo was great for our small family of 4! It was very clean and exactly like the listing, only issue was the pool was not open the whole week due to repairs and we were not aware of this prior to arriving. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

The apartment was a great location on the beach .Its a shame the pool was getting renovated but it will be fantastic when finished. The time we spent there was just what we needed after driving from Orlando to Las Vegas and back.hope to be back in October

Communications with our host was excellent! The condo was clean and comfortable! Beautiful decor! Kitchen is spacious and well stocked with the tools needed to prepare meals. Only things missing were steak knives, tea towels and dish/counter wash cloth. Outside the unit, unfortunately there were serious shortcomings: unreliable elevator with hourly breakdowns all week (we had to bring down all heavy suitcases down 6 floors using the stairwell on checkout) and a construction zone around pool area made beach access risky and unsafe. Office staff was friendly and did their best to keep the elevator going with frequent service calls! All and all our week was pleasant and weather cooperative! Suggestions for the condo: small round table and two chairs for the balcony, more hangers for the closet, dust pan to replace broken one, beach umbrellas we’re broken and need replacing.

There was a hurricane a few months ago and the pool has been out of order ever since. The owner never mentioned this. The condo itself looks like it has not been deep cleaned in a couple of years. There is black mold in the shower. All of the light switches have very visible black dirt around the edges. You can’t make coffee and run the microwave at the same time (it blows a breaker). I have my own vacation units that I rent and have great scores as both a renter and a host.

We Really enjoyed our stay, it was beautiful, well organized and clean! The few small things were check in was confusing, but Alex helped us out. The only other things would be due to the hurricane. Construction mess and noise. Understandable..

We had a lovely time in Indian Shores at this apartment, it was everything we hoped for, it was very helpful that there was beach chairs and umbrella which we would have had to buy ! We enjoyed the balcony in the evening to escape from the sun, it was perfect with a cool refreshment ! Unfortunately our 4th week was spoiled by Hurricane Helene we didn’t evacuate because we felt safe enough on the 6th floor but with no power or internet we felt very isolated, we were stuck in the apartment until we left with a lot of difficulty to get to the airport ! That would not stop us coming back, we had a wonderful holiday, and hope to return next year. M Menzies ( Scotland )
